DUNKIN' — Restaurant in Innsbruck

It is incredible how the person that makes your coffee can either make or completely destroy your day... I paid 6.20€ for a coffee, and it was NOTHING like the picture. The color was different and there was no wiped cream, syrup and toping. When I told her, she said that this is what I ordered and that I didn't add any wiped cream or toping. I said sorry and went back to the mascine to figure out what I did wrong. There was no option adding cream, which means you pay what you see. I told her, and she said that I should better pay at the register. I PAID EXTRA 0.60€ for wiped cream and she just added some looking annoyed and gave it to me. Still no syrup or toping. I was already upset at this point and she was already annoyed so I asked for the topings as well. She got mad saying that it is not always like the picture. The other lady working with her just took my drink and added a random syrup. The drink has caramel syrup, she added chocolate and still no toping. I didn't want to say that this is a wrong syrup and STILL no topings. I just left. I paid 6.80€ for a coffee that I didn't order and an attitude just for asking the item thst I paid for.

Note : I went to Dunkin Donuts at salzburg three days ago, ordered THE EXACT SAME DRINK, payed 6.20€ and I received it EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURE with wiped cream, caramel syrup and toping WITHOUT PAYING EXTRA and without ASKING for cream. This proves that they charged me 0.60€ for no reason and for something already included 😒 Update : just visited dunkin donuts in Villach. Got the same drink again. Paid 6.20€ got the wiped cream without asking and it was included at the price. Apparently these ladies decided to charge me extra fot their horrible service just because...

Firstly, I'd like to mention that the iced black coffee has no taste at all

Also, I found the atmosphere quite uncomfortable as the shop was too hot. It was disappointing to see that there were no fans or cooling systems in place, which made it difficult to enjoy my coffee Additionally, I noticed that the furniture in the shop requires attention; some pieces seem to need fixing for the overall appeal of your establishment.

I gave a rating of 3 stars mainly because of the brand reputation and the lovely city in which you are located. However, if it weren't for these factors, I would have rated my visit...

Very strange experience today - meant to visit the shop at 11am today, the door wouldn’t open even though people were inside. It looked like the girl from the counter just sat down with friends to have a chat and play with her phone. They even looked into our direction yet no one bothered to open the door. Shelves were filled with donuts hence it was definitely not closed. Very disappointing eyepiece as it says on the website as well that it was open. We waited for a decent 5-10min if something happens or opens but no one seemed to...
