I was so happy to have my first dinner in Innsbruck at this restaurant! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our food was prepared quickly. The dishes were delicious, if you’re familiar with Caucasian cuisine, you’ll love it. I definitely recommend trying the pelmeni. And It was my first time having Galnash, and I was really impressed! We also tried borsh and manti, and everything was great. The prices were very reasonable. Wishing to the stuff all the best with the business! Thank you for making our visit feel like home 🥹🇰🇿

Ich hoffe die Jungs hatten einfach einen schlechten Tag…. Wir sind aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen eingekehrt. Leider war die Realität weit davon entfernt. Vorweg das positive. Der Inhaber ist wirklich nett, bemüht und sehr gastfreundlich! Der ‚Laden‘ an sich ist einfach und der laute ,Kaukasus-HipHop‘ aus der Boombox passt eigentlich besser zu einer schlechten Dönerbude. Nun zum Essen. Der Borscht war eine untypische braune Krautsuppe ohne rote Beete. …weil die rote Beete aus waren… Die Pelmeni waren ok. Der Burger war ohne Soßen und Speck… der Speck war gestern auch aus… aber genießbar. Der Kaukasus Teller gab mir dann den Rest. Ein Stück dünnes totes Rindfleisch, ein Stück Hühnerbrust und der Rest waren mal Kartoffeln und vielleicht Gemüse?? Alles in einer Pfanne ermordet und unkenntlich gemacht. Zudem komplett in der gleichen unappetitlichen Gewürzmischung ertränkt. Zusammenfassend… Ich hoffe das war einfach ein schlechter Tag und nicht der Standard.

Came in for dinner around 7:20 with the family. Food came out very quickly and everything was really tasty. The menu is has alot of variety, especially with burgers and European-style dishes. Staff was super friendly. Would definitely come back!

Just trying to right the ship here. Didn’t have a particularly “bad experience” or anything like that. But I came here in part because of the high, 4.9, Google review. That’s better rating than any other restaurant in town. This place was decidedly below average, I’m skeptical as to how they achieved such high ratings, but I can assure you, it is not...

We had a great experience at this restaurant! The service was quick and the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. Everything tasted like real homemade cooking — the dumplings (pelmeni) were especially amazing! Tender, juicy, and absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend Kaukas to anyone looking to enjoy real, home-cooked Caucasian flavours...
