I regret to share an extremely disappointing experience, not due to the quality of the food or pricing—but because of the blatantly RACIST behavior I encountered on two separate visits. Unfortunately, this has ensured I will never return, nor recommend it to others.

During my first visit, when I asked for a packed pizza to take home, a staff member visibly complained in a language I couldn’t understand, which already felt unwelcoming. On my second visit, I again requested a pizza to-go. The staff member provided only a narrow piece of paper to hold the base of the pizza and dismissed my polite explanation that I needed proper packaging to take it home. His response was shockingly offensive: “You want to take it to Africa?“ spoken in an aggressive tone. This level of disrespect and racism is unacceptable and unlike anything I have experienced at other restaurants in the city. Even if the food is exceptional, the attitude and service make it impossible for a foreigner to enjoy their meal. Such behavior needs to be addressed...

I genuinely cannot express how disappointed and disgusted I was with this place. I’ve had my fair share of döner boxes over the years, but this was hands-down the worst I’ve encountered — and that’s saying something.

First off, the döner box arrived completely dry. No sauce. Not a drop. It was as if they had forgotten that flavor exists. The meat was bland, rubbery, and borderline inedible. It tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, reheated, and then thrown in without a second of care. The fries were soggy and flavorless — absolutely no seasoning. I kept eating a few bites hoping it would get better... it never did.

And if the food wasn’t bad enough, the staff were an absolute disgrace. Rude, dismissive, and visibly unhygienic. One of them was handling food with bare hands after touching their phone. No gloves, no hairnets, no cleanliness whatsoever. The place had a stench that made me want to walk right back out, and honestly, I should have.

It baffles me how this place is still in business. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Save your money, your time, and your stomach — go anywhere else.

Mit Abstand das Schlechteste Döner-Erlebnis seit 4 Jahren – Meidet diesen Ort um jeden Preis! Ich wünschte, ich hätte bei Google die Möglichkeit gehabt, eine negative Bewertung abzugeben.

Ich kann wirklich kaum in Worte fassen, wie enttäuscht und angeekelt ich von diesem Laden war. Ich habe in den letzten Jahren viele Dönerboxen gegessen, aber das hier war mit Abstand das schlechteste Erlebnis, das ich je hatte – und das will etwas heißen.

Die Dönerbox war komplett trocken. Keine Soße. Nicht ein Tropfen. Als hätten sie völlig vergessen, dass Geschmack überhaupt existiert. Das Fleisch war fad, zäh und kaum essbar. Es schmeckte, als hätte es stundenlang irgendwo gelegen, wurde dann aufgewärmt und einfach lieblos reingeworfen. Die Pommes waren labbrig, völlig ohne Würze – einfach nur traurig. Ich habe ein paar Bissen genommen, in der Hoffnung, es würde besser... aber es wurde nur schlimmer.

Und als ob das Essen nicht schon schlimm genug gewesen wäre, war das Personal ein absoluter Skandal. Unhöflich, abweisend und offensichtlich unhygienisch. Einer der Mitarbeiter hat das Essen mit bloßen Händen angefasst, nachdem er am Handy war. Keine Handschuhe, keine Haarnetze, keinerlei Sauberkeit. Der Laden roch zudem dermaßen unangenehm, dass ich am liebsten direkt wieder gegangen wäre – und ehrlich gesagt hätte ich es auch tun sollen.

Ich frage mich ernsthaft, wie dieser Laden überhaupt noch geöffnet sein kann. Ich würde ihn nicht mal meinem schlimmsten Feind empfehlen. Spart euer Geld, eure Zeit und euren Magen – geht einfach...

This is one of those restaurants which look fancy from outside but are utterly degraded from inside. There is no service in this restaurant, the falafel sandwich we bought was full of salad and hardly any falafel balls. We hardly ate it. The owner refused to provide us with the tap water and tried to upsell 4 Euros water which we politely refused. The place has a serious hygiene issues where the cook was constantly picking his nose and using the same hand to prepare food. The seating area is ok, but too cramped. The only reason we went in is we wanted the warmth. Otherwise there is not a single remote reason why you should visit this...
