the naked indigo — Restaurant in Innsbruck

We just wanted to take a coffee with a desert (brownies and cake with pops). The place was full but the only available to get the sun....therefore no enough chairs... We asked a waitress if she could get some chairs and she say that she would check...she never came back.. but we asks other customers for free ones and that was solved...then a Waiter took the order. Everything was okay until a second waiter bringed one of the deserts and informed us that only a type of brownie was available. We accepted the change. Well instead of 3 brownies they bring only two. They bring another coffee (wrong) and then a third waiter bring the coffee but still not the brownie. In conclusion, after 30 min to receive the first part of the order we almost waited like 20 min..a a fourth waiter (the star is for her... although she said she did not speak German)..we complained to het and she 2 min later did bring the brownie. When paying...they wanted to charge is the wrong Coffee too..and another brownie..but after checking..all was good. In sum, the place has the advantage of the location. The service seems to be ok but looks like they have problems with the organization of the order and if they get wrong..that is it ...leave..or complaint to the fourth waiter/waitress. I believe the price-quality does not worth it...next time, better to get the coffee and the Desert from a bakery (the price-quality is fair) and you can still enjoy the view with a lot of people for free by the side in the same location...the only thing is that you maybe need to remember when you were young and would sit in the middle of the street to drink with...

I feel cruel with this review as it’s a lovely place. It would have gotten 5 stars if not for the awkward ordering system.

You can order from the table using a QR code but you need to register on a website that was in German, I couldn’t find a way to change the language.

The other way is to go inside and order from a screen like at McDonald’s (this could be done in English) You then get a ticket and wait at the bar. It seemed there was only one bar tender with lots of tables ordering drinks, so it took 10 mins for him to pour 1 pint and hand me a bottle of water. Mixed with the time I waisted on the app, then the screen I had probably been there 20 mins before I got a drink.

Disgusting service. Extremely slow and the staff has no idea whatsoever about what is happening around them. Haven’t seen a lazier and dumber staff than the ones here. Had to wait for about 20 mins each time we ordered a beer, a simple beer. Be ready to keep hours to just have one beer or nachos at this place. We Wasted our time here. I mean it’s a restaurant which takes about 20 mins to just get you a bill and at the end, we were asked to walk inside and pay the bill at the billing counter. Ridiculous and pathetic! Had google provided an option to give negative stars for bad service in the review on a scale of -1 to -5, I would have given...
