Bangkok Restaurant — Restaurant in Salzburg

Went to this restaurant today and shocked at the level of service I received. I ordered a Massaman curry after confirming with the waiter if Tofu can be added as I am vegetarian. The curry came but no tofu at all. I told the waiter about this and he said Massaman curry do not have tofu. Complete lie. I made it clear with the order that I wanted tofu and he said he can. Then I gave up and asked for a red curry instead (as the vege option comes with tofu) and they seemed angry about the whole ordeal. If you are going to a restaurant paying high prices for what turned out to be a very average curry and small portion, you do not get angry at your customer when it was entirely the fault of the waiter/chef not carrying out a request i made that they initially agreed to. I also ordered apple juice and the waiter said its best to add water as otherwise it is too sweet. The juice was very watered down to the point there was barely any apple taste. I didn't bother complaining about this as I just wanted to finish my very average meal and be gone.

EDIT: Following the below reply from the owner, it seems they continue to lie as the order with tofu was definately made from the start which the waiter agreed to. So there was absolutely no reason for them to get angry at me, nor does the gesture of goodwill make any sense given it was completely their own mistake. I highly recommend avoiding this restaurant given the continued lies, despicable service and mediocre...

I’ve never posted a review here before but people deserve to know about Bangkok Restaurant, especially because we came excited due to a 4+ star average.

PROS: neat and clean interior, hand towels in bathroom, a friendly server who scoops you rice, and very average green curry CONS: a nearly inedible Pad Thai lacking acidity or sweetness or texture or salt; measly portions; expensive prices; a charge for tap water; and worst, when I asked about it, a curt and indignant explanation that it was because we didn’t order drinks and that we should be thankful that they charge less than Altstadt.

The best food we had was the starter: tofu and spring rolls. The main dish was acceptable; but nothing out of the ordinary. We picked this restaurant mainly because it was open until quite late, compered to other restaurants in town. The service it’s friendly and attentive, (although they keep coming over to pour the drinks from the bottle to the glass all the time). One of the things to note is thar if you sit outside, there is no atmosphere. There are cars driving past so you breathing-in all the fumes, and the cars add to the noise level too.
