FIFTY 4 BURGERS — Restaurant in Salzburg

I'll be honest about this. They must have given me the only bad burger they had.

I ordered the BioMeister Burger. Sounded like a good choice. Now, this place boasts that they make everything fresh every day. That's great, but taste matters just as much. Of course I ordered fries too, but we'll get to their diminishing taste later.

Overall, the burger looked appealing at first sight. The bread looked great. Considering bread and baked goods hold a strong relationship with the city, that's important.

I eyeballed this monster for a second before I figured out how to fit it in my mouth. The first taste was more disappointing than watching Taken 3. I kept eating, but it didn't get any better. The beef patty didn't taste like they seasoned it at all. It barely had a beef taste.

Boy am I glad I turned down ketchup for my fries because that was the worst ketchup I've ever had. Obviously they make it themselves, but it had way too much tomato taste to it. I felt like they just put tomato paste on it.

The fries were okay at first when they were hot, but they give too many and the fries cool down by the time you're half way through eating.

It's a small place, so tough luck getting a table. At least they offer takeaway.

I'm just glad I had a beer to wash the taste of utter letdown out...

An Unforgettable Burger Experience – 54 Burgers Salzburg

Hands down, one of the best burger experiences I’ve ever had in Europe.

Let’s start with the team – the service was nothing short of exceptional. The staff, who are actually the owners themselves, treat every guest with genuine hospitality and class. Their attention to detail and passion for what they do is truly inspiring. You can feel the love they pour into every part of the experience.

Now, let’s talk about the food: • The California Crispy Chicken Burger is simply out of this world. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned – easily the best chicken burger I’ve had in a long time. • The Smash Beef Burger? Absolutely insane. The flavor, the texture, the quality of the beef – everything about it was top-tier. I’ve tried many smash burgers across Europe, and this one tops them all.

Honestly, I wish they’d open a branch in Riyadh – this level of quality and service deserves to be shared far and wide.

Let’s talk service – the owners themselves are behind the counter, and their hospitality is on another level. Friendly, professional, and they make you feel like you’re family. Service like this is rare.

I’d fly back to Salzburg just for this burger. • The Smash Beef Burger was honestly the best beef burger I’ve had in Europe. Rich, juicy, full of flavor, and cooked to absolute perfection.

Please, PLEASE open a branch in Riyadh – you’ll take the city by storm. Until then, this will be my go-to every time I’m in Austria.
