Nestled in the heart of Salzburg, Coffee House Salzburg is a gem that offers more than just exceptional food and drinks—it delivers an experience that embodies warmth, hospitality, and culinary excellence. From the moment you step through the doors, you’re greeted by a team of staff who exemplify what it means to be welcoming. Their smiles are genuine, and their attentiveness ensures that every guest feels valued. Whether you’re a solo traveler or with a group, the staff take the time to cater to everyone at the table, offering assistance with both the menu and ensuring your experience is nothing short of delightful. The food? Simply outstanding. The dishes are thoughtfully prepared, showcasing both the quality of ingredients and the skill in the kitchen. Whether you’re indulging in a hearty breakfast, a light lunch, or a decadent dessert with coffee, every bite is a testament to their dedication to excellence. The ambiance of Coffee House Salzburg is equally remarkable—cozy yet vibrant, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the charm of Salzburg. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Salzburg. Whether you’re here for a quick coffee or a full meal, Coffee House Salzburg delivers an unforgettable experience that will leave you eager to return. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I ordered orange juice but didn’t get it. Checking out took long time cuz staff chatted with the other customers in half way. When my friend ask for a bottle of water, staff said yes and gave water to the other customers instead of us. We had to ask them for water again. I have to say this restaurant is the worst one during I travel to Austria. They didn’t give changes if they were lower than 1 euro. I don’t know it’s a cultural difference or just happened in this restaurant, which really confused me. I asked them to remove the orange juice but I didn’t get new bill, just told me the amount I should pay. I can’t read the bill in Dutch so I even don’t know the bill I paid is correct or not. It’s a really bitter experience in Salzburg.

Well I got served so called matcha which you don't see the green rather brown. So if I was the coffee house I wouldn't call what I was served matcha. Also they made me pay on this even that I return it. They said it's not their fought I didn't like it. The answer was that it becease they used Oat milk thete is no green color but since I drink it every day it doesn't look like this. Also I looked at the powder and it was dust look as poor matcha.I was also been explained its not Austrian but this is not a reason to serve poor matcha. The food was also average minus and they except only cash. Defently not a place to return.
