I never had such a bad experience and service. We were 4 people and one of us had 1/3 of an ice cream left to eat. Upon sitting down we were literally SCREAMED at for showing up with single almost finished ice cone. We wanted to order food and drinks. Disgusting woman. Never go here.
EDIT: Since I can not reply to the comment added below by the owner, I will edit the review. We had no takeaway bowls. We had ice cream cones. And I myself was the LAST ONE with an ice cream cone left, since I am the slow eater. Your team either lied to you or got the wrong group of people. And yes, she screamed at us the second I sat down to look at the menue. I live in Salzburg and I would have loved to give it a second try. Especially since I want to try all restaurants in this city. But since your team lied to get out of this situation, I wont give it a second chance. I want to add that I rarely give these kinds of reviews (1 star everything). But the extreme rudeness was...

Was nice and cozy enough, especially when it started to rain quite heavily, which added a romantic flavour to our stay.
Service was acceptably quick and friendly, the prizing was reasonable. 1,50 € for the added shot of Bailey's, which was handily served in a separate glass.
Even though it's located right next to the busy Imbergstraße, the calm and impressive Salzach vis-a-vis more than makes up for it.
Despite our stay being cut short by work schedule - what else - we thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely swing by sometime soon again.
Oh, and the dog was not only more than welcome, but more importantly also got a bowl of water before we had even read the menu. Extra...

It was pretty empty on a Monday afternoon which was perfect for me and I enjoyed staying a while with my book.
I especially loved the views and friendly, enthusiastic, bilingual (German, English + maybe more?) service. I overhead him mention he's been working there (and owning the place?) for around 10yrs, and from the great service I recieved it seems like he's still loving it.
Huge drink menu including coffee, tea, smoothies, beer, wine, cider, cocktails and all the hard alcohol. They also have free wifi and lots of bathrooms. No signs of food being available.
Minus a star because of the price. Tea was almost €5. Maybe it's standard pricing for...
