I had a bad experience. I inquired with the waiter about the availability of vegetable briyani since only meat briyani was listed on the menu. The waiter confirmed its availability, so I proceeded to place my order. Unfortunately, what was served to me was far from being briyani as the rice was overcooked. I politely expressed my disappointment to the waiter. To my surprise, the head chef intervened and responded in a disrespectful manner, suggesting that certain items were not meant for Indians. I stood my ground and managed to convince her to replace my dish with a different option. However, when the replacement dish was brought to my table, the head chef loudly exclaimed that Indians always cause trouble by requesting items not even offered on the menu.

Dont go there. First of all The restaurant gives a sloppy impression. The seats were dirty and the interior dusty. Second of all we got laughed up in our face when we ordered and it felt very rude and improfessional. The lady that served The food didnt have any service at all, and it was obvious that they didnt care about the customers at all. We tasted their schnitzel and couldnt eat more than one bite. The meat were hard. We spoke to the waiter and told him and he took our plates. Then we waited for ~20 minutes and he passed our table without saying anything so we went to The lady at The desk and tried to explain the situation but she didnt even listen to us and was so rude. My experience at Zum Mohren was nothing short of terrible, and I strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant. The food was utterly disappointing—undercooked, poorly seasoned, and lacking any redeeming flavor. The ingredients seemed low-quality, and the dishes were prepared with little to no care. It was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had, leaving a lingering bad taste both literally and figuratively.

Adding to the frustration, the service was unprofessional. We were not given a proper receipt for our bill; instead, the staff insisted on cash payment, calculating the total on a mobile phone. This practice felt shady and unacceptable.
