I first apologise that I cannot address the specific member of staff in this review as she refused to tell me her name. Although she claimed that the cafe is a family-run business and that she does not have a manager, I feel it would be unjust to judge the whole cafe with historical value based solely on her. When I visited the shop, upon entering I said “excuse me” to grab the server’s attention, she said “one moment” (or claimed to have said, all I heard was German) in an angry voice. When she was finished sorting out her money, she shrugged her shoulders and said “now you can speak to me”, again angrily. I asked how many Mozart Balls are in a small bag, she shouted in an extremely ride manner, 5, shrugging her shoulders again like I am an idiot. I therefore had to feel extremely uncomfortable to ask again about the larger bag, to which she shouted again. When I asked her name to write a review, she said she “does not understand” repeatedly, saying that I have no reason to write a review, and that she will not tell me her name as I should accept the way she talks. When I asked to speak to her manager, she said that there is no manager. She then offered 2 Mozart Balls in return for me not writing a review, I did not take the offer. I had high expectations for this cafe, visited in excitement as I heard that this is the place with original and best quality Mozart Balls. I must say I am disappointed with the service I received and would like an apology. She is the lady with brown hair, not black hair.
