Tiziana gelato food &caffè — Restaurant in Salzburg

The waitress ignores us for a long time, until I decide to go in and ask about covid passaport. She took a while to clear the table and order us what didn't happen with other tables. I motioned to an attendant who saw her face, looked at me and looked away. until at some point one of the attendants came to serve us. To bring a fork, more than 10 minutes. Prices are ok, but waitresses are not. Of course we didn't give a tip for this reason either, nothing justifies after a long trip, choosing a place near the horel lara to have lunch while we wait for the check in to have to go through it. The lasagna is good and the tiramissu is good too. They decided who they are going to ignore looking their looking at the clothes, go well dressed...

We have been ignored for a while, rude waitress, we wanted to pay (but be aware it’s only cash!!) and we were waiting until the other waiter come. she told us to wait by side because other costumers want to sit down. (three of us, while another one got the money out from the bankomat) noticed: that other tables were free. (referring to your previous comment @tiziana gelato “ that we only shared one spagetthi ice) yes, we shared one spaghetti ice cream three of us, which is around 10€, but it does not justify the treatment towards a customer. Especially if you want customers to come more often.

Living in Salzburg, working in service myself, never experienced it elsewhere unbelievable highly not...
