Café Gitarre — Restaurant in Vienna

Nice cozy and casual little rocker pub with decent pricing and some good snacks. Yes, people are allowed to smoke inside because it is small enough. Yes, that results in smokey air and atmosphere. If cigarette smoke two meters away from you ruins your evening and if you care about what your clothes will smell like after, this isn't the place for you. If you don't mind, this is a super cool place to just chill for a bit, enjoy the music, company and decent beer. I don't smoke, but I love the Gitarre. To each their own.

Auf der Suche nach einem Cafe nahe des Hauptbahnhofs entdeckte ich das Cafe Gitarre.

Angenehme Musikauswahl, lässige Poster an den Wänden, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, bemüht und aufmerksam.

Die unterschiedlichsten Formen von überbackenen Broten - in sowohl kalter als auch warmer Variante – sind auf der Speisekarte zu finden. Aber auch eine kleine Auswahl an Toasts und Croissants werden angeboten.

Der Cafe ist sehr gut, auch die überbackenen Brote schmecken mir sehr.

Im Laufe meines Aufenthalts am Nachmittag füllt sich das Lokal zusehends. Viele Stammgäste betreten das Lokal, manche werden freundlich mit dem Namen angesprochen. Es scheint, ich habe hier eine kleine Institution von Lokal entdeckt.

Das Einrichtung des Lokals ist zwar alt, aber genau das strahlt in Kombination mit der Musik und den Postern einen richtig guten Charme aus. Ich mag es, und fühle mich von der ersten Minute an wohl.

Die Öffnungszeiten sind erstaunlich lange. Bis 02.00 Uhr täglich, mit der Möglichkeit bis 01:30 ein warmes Gericht aus der Küche zu bestellen.

Sehr sauber! Angenehmer Geruch im Lokal. Auch ein Gastgarten an der Straße ist vorhanden.
