I really go to a restaurant to be served, treated with respect and enjoy the flavors of the food paid with hard earned money. But in every MacDonalds that I visited- it is not the case. Employs look like they are slaves, without emotion, and energy to smile. Portions are with every year smaller and the price is bigger, and with all that self-service, looks really dystopian, feels soulless. Because of everything, i encourage everybody to try smth different, to explore and find a restaurant with soul where you will feel like a human, where is smbody to greet you, to smile at you, maybe tell you a joke or some interesting story, where your food is prepared with love and care, and for a little more money, you can get a whole much more. Read moreI used to work at McDonald’s myself, and it’s the first time I’ve seen a cashier grab a burger with unwashed hands and wrap it for me. I pay money to get a burger — and then I have to eat something that’s been wrapped by dirty hands? After that, she picked up her phone and started showing something to her friend on the screen.
Tell me — would you enjoy eating a burger made like that? I mean, the cook in the kitchen made it, but the cashier decided to finish it off? Then why didn’t she do it with clean hands or at least wear gloves? Why should I eat something knowing that I might get worms afterward?

Read moreIt's a trendy place next to the bus station 🚉 but the service is not friendly at all.... they are working like robot, no expression... food is average 🙄 got to return, a very dry and overcooked flat bread that stuck to the paper wrapper... lack of quality checking by the staff before serving the food.....😏only decent is the hot coffee and WiFi... improvements needed to train staff service and attitude! Buckle up, people .... It's not a cheap meal place, so you need to improve your service level And to pay 50 cents for toilet even for customers...
