Nightflys American Bar — Restaurant in Vienna

Rude & hypocritical owner. I forgot to wear a mask when I got up for the loo he rudely (also was pointing his finger at me) told me to wear a mask. I immediately apologised & wore my mask. I then realised that he wasn't wearing a mask and I asked it'll be nice if he wore one too & he said he doesn't have to(without explaining why). I asked why, and he said he's away from customers(although he was making the drinks & the bar chairs were next to him, but it was empty at that time, so I didn't argue). Later, I saw a few people sitting next to him while he was making drinks for him(all without mask). When the bill came I asked the waitress if she could give me an email for the manager, I explained her the issue & she mentioned that the guy was the owner & there was no point of me sending that email. I later asked why he didn't follow the rules & she mentioned that it was his friend sitting there. I explained to her that it's double standards. They don't follow rules for themselves & treat the customers rudely. They didn't use no sorry or please words. The owner has a lot of ego & is a hypocrite person. I'm never going...

This bar has been my go-to for a Friday night drink for a solid three years now.

It's unmatched in atmosphere, service and drink quality. I've never had anything here that didn't taste good, and if on some nights I'm not sure what to order, an excellent recommendation will be made.

The owner is hands down the friendliest barkeeper I've met in my fairly short lived bar experience. Since I've become a regular, he's always struck up a conversation with me. He understands how to build a lasting relationship with customers, and I'm glad to say that I'm one of them.

I've been here on a regular Friday night, birthdays, live piano nights and even dates. This place works perfectly for any occasion.

We had a reservation for my company’s party- 20 people that we made a month ago via Email. When we arrived there yesterday evening we were told our reservation was cancelled and moved to 21:30 where the worker refused to admit this cannot be true and it is a mistake, because the reservation was made for 20:00 A MONTH AGO. If someone in the bar cancelled the reservation and then put it up again at the wrong time YOU HAVE USLESS WORKERS. You lost 20 people last night, left us without our tables after waiting for a month, what a joke of a bar. Would never recommend in my life this place, useless workers that make mistakes and blame it on the customers. I hope they close soon, the worst...
