Located in this elegant neighbourhood, re:kaffee has a relaxing and hip vibe.
Unlike a lot of cafes that cater food options more than beverages, Re:kaffee doesn't feel like a restaurant. It feels like what a cafe should be; a place where I can read or catch up with an old friend all the while drinking a nice cup of coffee or tea. This doesn't mean that re:kaffee is small, it has a meeting room in the back and it was easy for me to find a space to work.
What makes re:kaffee hip, besides its name, is the activities inside. In the middle of the cafe, there's a small section of colourful and unique Indian clothing for sale and there were customers that came solely for the clothes. Moreover, there were various art and pottery supplies which leads me to believe that the cafe also offers some art activities.

The place is run by the nicest couple who make you feel instantly warm the minute you enter the cafe. My regular order is their Indian Masala Chai. It’s flavoursome, delicious and the most authentic masala chai I’ve had outside of India. They’re also vegan friendly with an oat milk alternative.
