Place looks better on instagram then it really is. The place is pretty difficult to find, when we called there to find out if they are open the lady was quite rude stopping the conversation with "I have to stop right now, bye" When we finally reached it we were informed that we will have to wait for the food 20-30 minutes, which is fine. Although it took another 10 minutes till the waitress even took our order. Eventually, it took 55 minutes to wait for the first plate and the second came after 1 hour! The meal was cold, Brekie 3.0 was delicious, Eggs Benedict didnt have any taste and I would say the cook forgot how to make hollandese sause :/ Overall, this brunch was complete dissapointment. WOULDNT REALLY RECOMMEND TO COME HERE. nothing was as you would expect from a good restaurant- place itself, service, approach of the staff, food nor the time you have to wait! The experience was that bad we even asked for discount, so we got 10% off at least. But nice young waiter was very kind in the end, apologizing... Worst customer service ever. The waitress was very rude at the first glance. She had so much attitude. We are a family of 5 and asked to sit outside for breakfast but she immediately blocked us by saying oh it is not possible (she couldn't combine the 2 spare tables outside and add a chair). Menu not in English so the big attitude waitress had to explain. We ordered and just as we finished ordering she said to my 7 year old son who was drinking a cup of hot chocolate from hotel, "I am not happy you brought this drink here, because we make our own coffee". So my husband immediately said you know what cancel the order you don't deserve our business. She said thanks for wasting my time. Not recommended at all. Menu is very limited. Prices are very high. Perfect place to have dinner and brunch with great price-performance ratio! all the food comes from organic farmers or is even tilled from their own field. The owners of the Bit's & Bite's attach hughe importance to sustainable products and good upbringing and pet-friendly treatment of the animals before bying meat, visitng all of their contractors. we really do love going there at least once a week for dinner and/or brunch in groups or as couple. the staff is extremly friendly, attentive and helpful explaining the menu and the origin of the products used. the quality of the food is very high, but the prices are in coparison to similar establishments quitelow, which is also why we alwqays go back to the Bit's and Bite's. thanks a lot for all the splendid food you served to us so far and see...
