I went there for diner during my stay in Vienna and honestly I do not understand the 4.7 because according to me it doesn't deserve it. The tablecloth was dirty and full of stains the waiter should have changed but no way he just adjusted it Then food was served a pizza that we asked as a starter it wasn't the best pizza ever, then I ordered a caprese, mozzarella wasn't good a poor piece of cheese with no taste tomatoes were hard, balsamic had no taste and olive oil a disaster I still wonder if it was cut with an other oil. Ein sehr nettes Restaurant mit sehr gemütlicher Stimmung und überaus netten Personal. Jeder Gast wird liebevoll empfangen und zum Platz geleitet. Die Küche ist quasi als Schauküche gehalten, zumindest kann man den Köchen und Köchinnen bei der Arbeit zusehen, was auf jeden Fall Lust auf mehr macht und appetitsanregend wirkt. Wir haben beide Pizza gegessen, die einen dünnen, aber nicht zu dünnen Boden hatte. Belegt war sie mit frischen, geschmacksechten Zutaten, die allesamt ihre eigene Note merkbar machten. Der Teig und der Belag war nicht zu salzig oder zu würzig, sondern mit verschiedenen Kräutern und der, womöglich hausgemachten Tomatensoße, geschmacklich sehr gut. Ob der Teig wirklich ein origninal italienischer „Lievito Madre“ ist, kann ich nicht genau sagen, definitiv aber kein gewöhnlicher, blähender Germteig. Was bei weiteren unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat, war das Tiramisu. Nicht nur, dass es riesig war im Verhältnis zu den Nachspeisen die man sonst noch bekommt, es war auch sehr üppig und wirklich magenfüllend. Geschmacklich kräftig, nicht zu süß und jede Note, vom Kaffee bis hin zum Kakaopulver war sehr gut erkennbar. Jedoch ist es eine Kalorienbombe sondergleichen. Figurbewusste Gönner könnten sich auch eins teilen um trotzdem auf den Geschmack zu kommen. Bei den zwei Pizzen, die wir gegessen hatten, gibt es ernährungstechnisch keine größeren Einwände. Die Zutaten sind frisch und wenn man Gemüse auf der Pizza bestellt, bekommt man dies auch. Einzige Kritik, dass es keinen Vollkornteig zur Auswahl gab, dies haben jedoch auch die wenigsten Pizzerien auf der Karte.
