Rude and very Rasist place ever in this area. I feel so sorry that Austria has such a tragic racism place like this. I do not like this place ever. So I got message that my dad and mum was having beer in this place. They were already finished there drink when i came over there. My dad wanted to drink one more glass of beer. And he call the waiter "Excuse me sir " for several times. The waitor kept contact to our eyes and send sign that we should wait but when my dad actually asked that he wants obe more beer, but the waitor just stares at us for few second and go away. He didn't show up for half of hour to our table except serving other tables. We call him several times more but he kept ignore us. We noticed that somethings going wrong but we didnt want to think in that way. We just thought this place was not busy but maybe we should just leave. So my dad went to the front and he said he wanted to pay. I thought I should fallow. And as soon as my dad ask for bill two waiters sneer at my dad and said "Oh it's 208 euro, you didn't know that?" "No. It's 208 Darror(*He was def mimicking stereotype of Asian R sound) 208 darror." My dad asked politely for the price but these two guys were talking like that 2 times. I interrupted and said "That's not the right price" and they said "It's just a joke" and smiling went to other place. Other waiter shows up with the bills right away but that was insanely insulting ever. Thanks for ruin our...

As a passionate traveler in Europe, my visit to Segafredo restaurant in Vienna was an unforgettable experience that encapsulated the city’s charm, especially in December. Nestled in the heart of the city, this café exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for escaping the winter chill. The cozy ambiance perfectly complements the festive season.

I decided to indulge in their traditional Apfelstrudel, and it was simply divine! The flaky, golden-brown pastry was filled with perfectly spiced apples, and each bite melted in my mouth, offering a wonderful combination of sweetness and warmth. Paired with a velvety café latte, which had just the right balance of rich coffee and creamy milk, this treat was a highlight of my visit.

The café buzzed with a lively yet relaxed vibe; both locals and tourists gathered around, enjoying their pastries and engaging in friendly conversations. The holiday decorations added to the festive atmosphere, making it a lovely place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. I found myself savoring my strudel and latte while watching the world go by outside, feeling completely at home. For anyone exploring Vienna in December, Café Segafredo is a must-visit spot for delicious treats and a vibrant setting. Don’t miss their Apfelstrudel—it's a slice of Viennese tradition that you won’t...

I waited for a seat which was empty but the service attendant just stared at me blankly, so I decided to let myself in. After sitting down, there was no greeting, it was directly "you ready to order?". I would've expected some sort of greeting. Once I ordered, service was quick and to the table in less than 5mins. The service attendant just put everything on the table in a sloppy way and walked off. There was no "enjoy your meal" or "anything else I can help with?". Overall, service was sloppy but it could be worse. I got a little hazelnut cookie. It definitely was not worth €2. You could get a pack of cookies from BILLA which taste better. Capacino was pretty good so no complaints there. The Sachetorte was presented pretty sloppy with plastic still on the slice, but then again, the taste was good so I can't complain. Atmosphere was nice in the shade in the middle of 1st district.

This cafe is located in the heart of Vienna. Directly at the famous and historical place Graben just beside the beautiful St. Stephen’s Cathedral. It’s quite nice inside but you can sit outside as well and enjoy the fascinating view. If you order a big coffee like a double espresso or coffee with milk you’ll get a fresh croissant for free. That’s cool and has some Italian vibes. But the espresso was not traditionally Italian. Too much water so the extraction has to be shorter that the coffee can be more intense. And I could not taste any robusta beans. So the service is quite Italian but the coffee is more like Austrian.
