Arishta — Restaurant in Baku City

There are two ways to understand this place. First one is you visited a lot of fancy places in Baku and want something outstanding. And the second way (which more fitted to me) is when you searching cultural and authentic places with local food.

There is a very simple place, where you can find people after late night in night club and then people in suits with ties sitting on next table. There is no borders of social inequality.

I been visiting this place 4 days in a raw. Every day getting one or two dishes with a local touch. There is a huge menu with traditional food list in it. Very simple interior design, but has a shape of history and some decoration from the past

Normalda 1 ulduz verməməyə çalışıram ancaq.. Dostumla iftar üçün məkana gəldik demək olar iftardan 45 dəqiq qabağ. Ofisianta məlumat verdim və sifarişləri aldı. Biz 1 mərci supu 2 beef stroganof, çoban salatı və 2 okroşka sifariş etdik. İftar vaxtı gəldi yemek ortalıqda yox idi. Sadəcə salat gəlmişdi. Suyla orucumuzu açdıq. Amma hələ də ən azından sup yox idi. İftardan 20 dəqiqə sonra sup gəldi ədalətli olmaq gərəkirsə sup dadlı idi. Ancaq ofisiant 2 sup gətirdi halbuki 1 sup istəmişdik. Daha sonra gözləyirik, gözləyirik hərkəsə yemək gedir bizim beef stroganof ortalıqda yoxdur. Xanım ofisiantı çağırıb soruşdum dedi maraqlanıram indi. Daha sonra kişi ofisiant yaxınlaşdı ki, bəs səhvən toyuq ilə hazırlayıblar stroganofu. Artıq o qədər gözləməkdən sonra dedim yaxşı problem deyil gətirin. Gətirdilər, nə olsa yaxşı? Buz kimi ət və yanında yanmış yağlı kartof.

Mən belə hörmətsizlik görməmişdim Bakıda restoranlarda. Kişi ofisiant elə hərəkət edirki sanki borcluyuq. Sifarişləri əlində kağız, qələm olmadan 45 dəqiqə əvvəl alır sonra hərşeyi səhv gətirir. Nəysə demək istəyəndə yada soruşmaq istəyəndə sifət edir.

Giving three starts just because of the scam. We were charged much more than expected - 110 AZN for three people. The food is cheap and the place is filled with locals. The final price is just a number on a torn piece of paper, that's why always double check your final price before paying.

They have great house pomegranate juice and pomegranate wine,...
