they spend more energy trying to lure you in than actually giving you good service. The server took our order, and we saw the bartender place the beer and the soda on the bar. 10 min later, I still haven't seen our server, so i went up to the bar and took our drinks. No bartender there either. 15 min later, our food came out. Server never asked how we got our drinks. they were also empty and didn't ask if we wanted another one. Calamari was good a little over cooked. The grouper fingers were good. the rice was a little under cooked. the Cole slaw was crisp and lightly dressed. The potato salad was actually bad as in spoiled. I put some in my mouth and had to spit it out. Did not see the server the whole time we ate. I finally saw her about 10 mins after we finished eating. She didn't ask how everything was. I asked for the check and told her that she may want to tell the kitchen that the potato salad was bad. She made a noise and walked away. She came back with the bill and did let me know that gratuity was not included and a tip would be nice. I do not recommend this place. there are some many fish fry places in this little area, it gave a bad name for all of them. Maybe there is a good one here. I won't take that chance again. No cheaper than...

I visted this establishment twice this year. The first time was a girls trip . The food was good. We ordered the conch salad which was brought to us one at a time.We noticed some of ours that came after the first two containers was lacking in conch and wasn't like the previous ones. As a Bahamian women, I know just how conch is to suppose to be prepared so we refused it and they made amends to our satisfaction. The next trip, I brought my family when we were on Our family cruise, the service was horrible. We waited over 2 1/2 hours for our food to come out one by one. We spent most of our time in that restaurant and the food wasn't that great. At the end, it took 30 to 45 minutes to actually pay the bill. Upon my return home 4 days later, my daughter and I was informed by our bank that fraudulent activity from a "BAHAMAS EATS "was noticed in our accounts. The only place we used our debit card was Rollezz Booking (thats the name that was on the receipt I signed) in the restaurant at Da Legacy Deck. Such a Bright Red Lit up Spot, the reggae music caught my attention so I decided to sit at the bar. The tall lady bartender approached me and asked what would I like I asked for a shot of D'usse. She grabbed the bottle said something to the guy bartender turned to me and said that will be $65 while pouring I said wait how much for a drink she said $33. I finished my drink and left feeling uneasy my friend stop me before leaving asked me why I left so early I told him and he said lets ask someone else about the price. He spoke to the manager and with that she Claimed shots are $11 and drinks are $20, I told her her employee is extorting people out of their money and not giving a valid price, the lady lied in front of her manager and they refused to refund.
