Each meal for today was served with brown coconut rice and beans, steamed cabbage, plantains, salad and a whole grain roll. They also have fresh and restorative juices including beet juice.

The dishes are well balanced with brown rice, vegetables, salad and pasta side dish in addition to whatever protein you choose.
