Read moreHonestly, I'm really disappointed. My friend recommended me to go this place, and I saw a lot of people like this place. The table I sat was closed to the stairs, smelled really bad like toilet. But it's a place to drink, I can tolerate. Their menu is a beer encyclopedia. I enjoyed reading it. After we got the first food, we didn't have cutlery. So we asked for it. After a while, we still didn't get cutlery. We started eating fries, but couldn't eat the shrimps and salads. I asked one waiter to bring, he said he will bring it. But we had to wait more and more. We knew that the guy inside of the bar doesn't serve us, but none of waiters are bringing us cutlery, its not okay to wait for such a long time just to eat food even though some waiters weren't doing anything. So we asked a guy inside of the bar. He brought us cutlery but only for one person. When he gave it to us, he said nothing. No apologies, literally no words. So we asked we need one more. He got us cutlery but again, no words.
I'm not angry that people forget to bring us cutlery. Everyone makes a mistake. I don't mind if they apologise or at least say something. But staff there are so rude.
It might not be his duty to serve cutlery, but is it that difficult for you guys to communicate with customers? Just simply apologise for not bringing cutlery? The food was right in front of us but could not eat it for like 30 mins and what we got was such rude attitude.
After finishing the first dish, a waiter took our plate WITH cutlery... I was like, ugh we might have to wait for another 30 mins again. But there was only one waiter who communicate well and brought us what we needed. So she brought us new cutlery right away.
I wasn't expecting you guys a perfect manner. But simply, just communicate with customers and apologise when you make a mistake. I'm pretty sure I would have enjoyed this place if the staff weren't rude. Huge disappointment...
Read moreToday we visited this restaurant and unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. Despite the restaurant being half-empty, we had to wait an unreasonably long time for service. However, the worst part came with my meal.
I recently had stomach surgery and cannot eat large portions, so I ordered mussels for 29 €. I couldn’t finish the entire portion (about 3/4 was left), so I asked the waitress to pack it up for me. She kindly took it away and we even had a little chat about how grateful I was that I didn’t have to pack it myself. After waiting for 20 minutes, we went to ask where my food was, and to our shock, the waitress looked surprised and said they had thrown it away!
We were absolutely stunned – almost the whole portion was gone, and the waitress just shrugged, saying there was nothing they could do. Another waiter was rude and unhelpful when I tried to complain. To make matters worse, they didn’t even give me a proper receipt, which I consider tax fraud. I can't help but think they simply sold my portion to someone else.
Adding to the frustration, I had left a 5 € tip earlier, which I definitely regret now. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I absolutely DO NOT...
