I come here often and sometimes the service is good, sometimes totally not. On multiple occasions I received a totally wrong order or the staff was too busy making fun with their friends that were seated inside making the waiting time for 1 drink way too long. My latest experience made me very annoyed however i ordered at the booth and sat down right outside the door so I could hear my number getting called. Eventually a number was called which was not my number, he called the number again but I didn't react cuz it wasn't my number. I had scanned my loyalty card and as I was looking through the app my latest order wasn't there, it was from a few days ago. I went to ask the guy and he said in a rude tone that he had already called out my order a few times. If he did call out MY order I would've already went to grab it. The staff here is getting ruder by the day, there are a few very nice people which is why I still go there but lately been only seeing the ones that like to chill with their friends more than helping customers. When I placed my order, the employee making my drink seemed visibly annoyed, like she didnāt want to be there. She handed me the drink with a flat āHere you go, enjoy,ā without making eye contact or showing any sign of friendliness. It was clear she wasnāt interested in providing good customer service.
Worse, shortly after drinking the Frappuccino I ordered, I became sick and experienced diarrhea. I strongly suspect the milk used may have been expired or not stored properly. Given the attitude and lack of care shown, sadly, itās not surprising.

I find it very convenient to order donuts and other sweets from the self ordering kiosk. Itās very convenient when Iām not in a mood to socialize and talk to people.
The donuts they sell are my favorite donuts. I would choose the donuts from Dunkinā Donuts anytime over any other ones. Their cookies and other sweets are also very delicious as are their coffees.
The employees are always very hardworking and work very fast which is very convenient when youāre running late and need to get a quick sweet snack on the go. They are also very nice and friendly which makes the whole experience ten times better.
