Edgar’s Flavors — Restaurant in Brussels

Whenever I come back to Brussels I have to make a quick stop to Edgar's Flavors for a drink or 5. Here's what I think about:

The staff: The trio is super dynamic and they work super hard to get exquisite drinks ready quickly. I've seen them working under stress with an extra full bar and they still managed to deliver everything in a timely manner and with high quality. They take time to explain the menu, or to advise you on a drink according to your taste or mood. Impressive.

The place: It's ideally located in Louise neighborhood. The place is super nice and cosy. They have a limited capacity but they always do their best to accommodate clients when it's possible. Even when it's packed you can still enjoy a conversation with friends without having to scream. I will advise you to book a spot especially on weekends. Pleasant.

The drinks: Yes the drinks. If you like to travel, to discover, or to have your taste buds stimulated, well you will enjoy the drinks. They make their own creations or amazing classic twists. My personal favourite is a Blood orange flavored Vodka cocktail(Tania might kill me for this hahahahah). It's dry, floral, surprising and just super delicious. Delectable.

The price: Slightly more expensive than a Vodka Redbull or Jack and coke, but then again ... I'm not 16 years old. Justifiable.

I think this might be my new favourite place in Brussels. The atmosphere was very cozy and it somehow felt like home (if your home has those Sherlock Holmes (the BBC one) feels to it)—that was the first thing I thought of as I stepped through the heavy door. The music was truly a vibe, my friend and I kept mentioning it throughout our conversation. And the cocktails!! Definitely top notch, and at a good price! I take mezcal seriously so I obviously had to try the cocktail. It was delicious and definitely brought me back to Oaxaca. Extra points for the authentic spices on the glass hehe. The second cocktail I had was just as fabulous (something with Fitzgerald in the name) and made me miss the summer days. Had a sip of my friend's order (the pink drink pictured here) and it was definitely just as yummy. The salt on the glass was such a fresh touch! With pleasure spent time with friends in Mexican bar in the center of Brussels) The bar specializing in tequila and agave-based cocktails 🌿 Usually I veeeeeery rarely go to the bar, but this one is comfortable to spend some hours talking!))) The music is not loud 👍🏻

For me the “Cariñito” was the best one! With strawberry flavor 🍓 Didn’t feel the alcohol inside Fruity and sour flavor, like lemonade
