An inviting yet modern lunchroom that I had the pleasure of visiting today. They offer a great selection of menu items and a wide range of coffees and drinks. My party ordered a vitello tonnato sandwich, a croque madame, and I had a Caesar salad. I tried the vitello tonnato, which was very tasty—the Italian bread was fresh, the side salad with balsamic dressing had great flavors, and the tuna was delicious.
My Caesar salad was excellent, with a lovely dressing in just the right amount, and all the ingredients were fresh and flavorful. The only real downside was the chicken, which was on the sparse side—it could’ve been more generous considering the cost of the salad. The quarter sourdough baguette that came with it was a bit stale, or perhaps I’m just not used to slightly tougher bread.
