Well first I waited almost 20 mins for someone to take my order despite it being very quiet and I was just about to walk out when someone finally came. Then my order couldn't have been much more simple. Oat milk latte and a cake. How could you get that wrong?! Drinking the latte it tasted odd and I started to feel sick so I asked the waitress if she actually used Oat milk and she said oh no it's not!!! Seriously?! If I was allergic to cows milk I could literally die! As it is after being vegan for 12yrs my stomach can no longer process dairy and I will prob be sick for 2 days now and also need to go to work within the hour to teach classes while trying not to vomit. Waitress did apologise and also not charge me for the coffee which i would have refused to pay for anyway but really you can't get the one single most important aspect of the order wrong like that. Very disappointed! Very disrespectful service and unusually arrogant. The waiter who took my order reassured me that there are no allergens (for which I explicitly asked) the waiter who served the food started a discussion with me that I have never mentioned this allergen- which wasn’t true. However he arrogantly continued arguing with me and brought to me twice the same food with the allergens I cannot tolerate claiming that I haven’t said that (although I ordered to his colleague) in a summary even though I explicitly asked and confirmed what I can’t eat and was reassured that this is not a problem- I was served the allergen twice.
