Food was delicious and service was pretty quick. We had pork, lamb, steak, and a bunch of deserts. Everything was well-flavored and perfectly cooked. A decent beer and wine selection as well. The seating is mostly long tables (or a bunch of small tables push together) so it is a bit cramped and you get cozy with diners in other groups. However it also makes it easier to sit if you yourself have a large group. They did allow our group to split our tab which is pretty unusual at table-service restaurants in Europe. Only complaints is their website recommends getting a reservation. We tried to call a few times but they never answered the phone. We also had our hotel concierge call but to no avail. When she checked their website she said they weren’t accepting reservations until early February. We assumed this meant they were closed and so we made other dinner plans. Thankfully we happened to be walking by, noticed they were in fact open, and were able to easily snag a seat.

Perfect place where to have Belgian food. It's a walk in restaurant, so we had to wait a bit before finding a table. But the wait was absolutely worth it! The food came in quickly and the choices were numerous. Everything was well cooked and super tasty. I'll come back!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at 9 et Voisins, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The interior design strikes a perfect balance between cozy and modern, making it the ideal spot for both a casual dinner or a special occasion. The service was impeccable. Our waiter was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, offering recommendations that truly enhanced the meal. They made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing, which was a nice touch.

Now, the food! Wow. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I had the [specific dish, e.g., the grilled sea bass], which was perfectly cooked, and the [side dish or starter, e.g., roasted root vegetables] were the perfect complement. The ingredients were fresh, and you could tell a lot of care went into the preparation. The dessert — [specific dessert, e.g., chocolate mousse] — was the cherry on top of a fantastic meal.

The wine list also deserves a mention. The selection was thoughtful, and the sommelier helped me pick a wine that paired perfectly with my meal. Overall, 9 et Voisins has earned its place as one of my favorite spots in the city. I’m already planning my next visit and can’t wait to explore more...

We were only in Brussels for less than 24 hours before flying out, and we were looking for somewhere for an authentic Belgian dinner. We chose 9 et Voisins and I am so glad we did! The atmosphere was pleasant and cozy, the service was great, and the food was delicious. The prices were reasonable, and the portions were good. Do yourself a favor and arrive a little early, as they do not take reservations. We arrived around 6PM and the restaurant was fairly empty, but when we left an hour or so later, it was completely full. Credit cards are accepted, which is convenient, and we did not feel out of place as tourists, but the atmosphere was authentic and there seemed to be a nice mix of locals and foreigners.

We started off with a couple of delicious Belgian beers. They have a great selection available. Prior to our main dishes arriving, we were served some delicious bread. I had the Lapin à la Kriek, rabbit in beer sauce, and I was extremely impressed. I believe my significant other chose the lamb, which was also delicious.

9 et Voisins was an enjoyable dining experience. I would recommend checking it out if you’re looking for delicious and well-priced food with a great atmosphere...
