Pinsamore — Restaurant in Brussels

Super sad experience! We wanted to celebrate a birthday with 2 people and already made a reservation for 19:30. this got accepted but canceled 20 minutes later. Then we made another reservation at 20:00 and got that accepted too, with a cancellation coming right after it. Got a text message over whatsapp which said „sorry for cancelling, come at 9pm“. Btw the store is open until 10pm… We asked if we could come by earlier and after making me wait for another hour (after promising me an answer in 10 minutes) they canceled that 9pm again to push us back even further to 9:30pm. (Remember the store closes at 10pm……) Now we went inside at 9pm and just got the sad excuse of „sorry our system is down. But you can wait for like another 20-30 minutes, mAyBe there will be space for you two“. I think this experience is enough for me to judge pinsamore and i don’t advise anyone to celebrate their birthday with a reservation in this store. HIGHLY...

Was super excited as I love pinsa and the place seemed to have really good reviews and a nice menu; however this was unfortunately disappointing. The pinsa was dry; felt like the amount of cheese was very conservative on my 4 formaggi. Also was very disappointed that the only small vegetarian starter (suppli) is seasonal and was unavailable; interesting to exclude vegetarians like that - better to keep it off the menu to not disappoint me like that lol. Wanted to get canolli which was once again unavailable - ended up not getting...

Let's be clear: this place serves pinsa, not pizza. Go there with the right expectations. I went on a quiet day after Christmas and I had lovely service and great food. It's not cheap, but the products used are very good (and what is cheap in Brussels?). The tiramisu was delicious. It's probably best to eat the pinsa onsite hot, so I will not order take-away but for sure I will go back to...
