Visited this place the other night and it was such an unpleasant experience I'm compelled to write about it here days later. The bar staff are all pretty rude with the exception of the little blonde barmaid. The manager must have thought I was Wallon when I addressed him in French as he went very cold all of a sudden and only spoke to me in English in a very offhand manner, although it was quite clear he could understand. Then a regular came in and asked the same guy to put on the Anderlecht game. The guy tried lying and saying he couldn't put it on but the regular insisted so the smarmy manager finally had to relent and put on that game as well. He was raging, it was quite funny to witness. To avenge himself, I guess, 5 mins before the Liverpool game ended he put the music up to deafening nightclub level, dimmed the lights and put on the disco lights, while smirking over at us. At this point I ordered a Tanqueray and tonic. I was served a Gordon's without even a slice of lemon and charged 12€ for it. We decided it was time to move on and put this unsavoury incident behind us. Avoid this dive of bar if at all possible, there are plenty of friendly bars nearby that deserve your...

Good morning, I want to complain about the bad treatment of a security guard at your premises. I don't know his name but he is a tall, bald white man with a beard. This security agent does not have the slightest respect and manners to treat people. I am a loyal customer of this place years ago this weekend Saturday at 11:30 p.m. I went to the place in the company of a friend, in which the security agent prevented me from accessing the place and I can understand the right of admission policies of your establishment and I respect it but what I do not agree with is the treatment that the client receives at the door by this so-called security agent to whom I politely asked the question why we cannot enter and I answer with insults to which I responded deanerly polite because you answer me like that if I'm asking you politely and you continued to behave in a haughty and kicking way it's a shame because this bar is in the heart of the city where tourists and residents visit it, it cannot be possible that they have unpleasant people working In your establishment you have no respect for your clientele. I hope you take the necessary actions with this so-called security agent. Thank...

Must change the security guard is someone who does not seek solutions. ruins everything. I went there starting my night and he wouldn't let me in. It was the worst attention I have ever had. and I know thousands of bars and nothing like that pointless problem. all my friends inside had to get out. because I couldn't meet with them.. Here the history: I lost my mask walking. my friend brings one to help me. I asked him for an extra mask. the guard thought we were making fun of him. something super paranoid. He did not agree he said that I could not enter like that and never again to the bar. something super drastic in my opinion. Just talking, I asked him if he bought one. Could he enter? He answered no. how can I meet my friend then I said. He said no because this is not a game. something super unpleasant is that kind of security. It does not look for solutions, of course I show it with that. first time they speak to me so loudly in my life without deserving it. because at no time try to enter without looking for a solution or. forcibly or disrespect him as if he...

Been to this bar many times, and it's very popular with the English speaking crowd as the bartenders speak English along with other languages. Needless to say, the enticing 12h happy hour window for students. I've had great experiences with service here regardless of if it was busy or not, and their cocktails are honestly amazing. I will say it tends to get really crowded and loud when there's big football games happening or on weekends, and that's not everyone's cup of tea, so just keep that in mind :))

Today I had an opportunity as a tourist to visit bars in Brussels, I was choosing between different ones and decided to go to The Big Game, and I made the right decision. I was served by a smiling bartender James who made really good drinks and shared his good mood to all his customers (I guess I have never had a better Aperol Spritz). The place is clean and not loud. Thanks, and if I come to Brussels one more time I will come back to The Big Game!!

Founded this place accidentely and was surprised by drinks prices. Tap bear 0.5l starts from 3€ it is ridiculous because this place is in the heart of Brussels and literaly next to Place de la Bourse. Outside is full of seats to enjoy your drink and inside is whole different story. Venue is full of tv’s and screens showing footbal, rugby and other sports. Very crowded on midday on sunday but service is quick and right.
