5 Stars for their anti-coroavirus measures!

I am in a higher risk group, so am very careful where I buy a take-away coffee. Normally I take my own metal cup and pour the coffee into that to reduce risk.

The lady who served me here first washed her hands well in soap and water, then dried them with a towel, then used alcohol gel before starting to prepare my coffee. I had no fear from drinking straight form the cup.

In so many other coffee shops I have seen the staff putting their hands all around the top area of the cup, which is really unacceptable. They often wear plastic gloves in the mistaken belief this protects the customer, whereas it is only protecting the person wearing them.

Great to see a business taking real care of their customers health!

Yes yes yes! Finally a sandwich bar that is offering something unique. Actually this is the first sandwich place where I have seen such a great offer of sandwiches, so many different combinations that it was even confusing a bit. I took a sandwich with Baba Ganush, it was incredible!!

Covid measures were very clear too,...

Heel slechte service, voor 6 personen broodjes online besteld, all good, je kan kiezen 1 bio / 1 italian / of 2 of 3 of 4 of... Ik bestel van alles een beetje (en per 2 wat perfect mogelijk is online) omdat ik zowel veggie als vegan als gewone klanten op de vergadering heb en ik bestel 3 dagen vooraf. Krijg ik allemaal dezelfde broodjes geleverd, in 1 mand, geen splitsing of verduidelijking wat veggie is en wat niet. Last minute valt daar ook niet veel meer aan te veranderen. Wanneer ik contact opneem krijg ik als uitleg dat ik ecologisch moet denken, dat ik niet kan verwachten dat ze van alles 2 porties gaan meegeven en als ik niet content ben ik daar beter niet meer bestel. Bij deze zal dat dan ook niet meer gebeuren. Ik ben vrij meegaand en hadden ze daags ervoor gebeld had ik de bestelling nog kunnen aanpassen. Absoluut geen klantvriendelijkheid of begrip voor...
