Uzume Sushi Overpoort — Restaurant in Ghent

I’ve tried Uzume Sushi in Oudburg and I wanted to try the one from (both take away). The sushi was delicious but the one from Oudburg was better. Perhaps the menu style were different but I kind of had a same expectation as the restaurant runs with the same name. Either way staffs were friendly. I definitely agree that price is reasonable.

I’ve never been to the restaurant so I can rate that part nor general experiences.

Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen, werden we hartelijk begroet door het vriendelijke personeel. De sfeer in het restaurant was gezellig en uitnodigend, waardoor we ons meteen op ons gemak voelden. De inrichting was prachtig en droeg bij aan de algehele ambiance.

En dan het belangrijkste: het eten! De sushi was werkelijk subliem en elke hap was een smaakexplosie. De vis was vers, de rijst was perfect bereid en de combinaties van ingrediënten waren verrassend en heerlijk. Jullie hebben duidelijk aandacht voor kwaliteit en vakmanschap, en dat proef je in elk gerecht. De presentatie van de gerechten was ook voortreffelijk. Het oog wil immers ook wat! De kleurrijke borden en zorgvuldige opmaak lieten zien dat jullie niet alleen om smaak geven, maar ook om esthetiek.

De service was uitmuntend. Het personeel was attent, snel en goed geïnformeerd over de menu-items. Ze stonden open voor onze vragen en gaven eerlijk advies bij het maken van onze keuzes.
