Planet Yoghurt & Planet Pasta - Gent — Restaurant in Ghent

The ice cream was good despite having chosen the vanilla flavor and it didn't taste like that. However, I had a bad experience with the employee, I tried more than once to pay at the machine but it didn't work, after asking for help she said that you can pay with cash (she had already seen that the machine wasn't working ). After paying, we went to get the ice cream, and when we went to the counter for the employee to put the toppings on the ice cream, she ignored us, packing other things and looking at her cell phone instead of answering us. I found her very disrespectful towards customers. I won't be going back there, and I won't recommend this...

Flavours are good.

However:

Froyos’ toppings were WRONG! Asked for Amarena Cherries (got cherry syrop) the other was Muesli/Granola and Pure chocolate (got chocolate saus and MILK chocolate)

Barely any saus, even though we paid the 1,50Euros extra for MORE saus.

Our appetisers was NOT in a separate box, tossed ontop of our main dish. (With no saus at the bottom, the fusilli was good after we added our own saus.)

Tl:dr; Flavour was good, but...

Heel slechte ervaring gehad. 2 x pasta carbonara besteld (small en medium) en we kregen 2 verschillende pasta’s. Ene was met champignons en andere toppings (terwijl we deze niet hadden bijgevraagd), terwijl de andere pasta deze toppings niet bevatte. Ook was de pasta koud. Wanneer we hier iets van zeiden en vroegen of deze eventueel kon verwarmd worden, werd er geantwoord: “dat kan niet dat hij koud is, al onze bakken zijn warm.” Aangezien ik verschoten was van dit antwoord (want waarom zou ik zeggen dat mijn pasta koud is als dit niet zo is?) zeg ik: “proef ervan als je mij niet geloofd” waarop een andere werknemer heel onvriendelijk antwoord: “nee wij zijn fatsoenlijke mensen.” Ik stond letterlijk met mijn mond open door de onvriendelijkheid van deze mensen. Vroeger gingen wij hier heel vaak een pasta eten, nooit een slechte ervaring gehad en altijd heel lekker gegeten maar door deze slechte ervaring was het de laatste keer dat we hier gegeten hebben. Daarbij zijn de prijzen ook enorm gestegen tegen vroeger. We betaalden €35 voor een medium carbonara met extra gehaktballen (+ €2) een small carbonara met extra kip (+ €2) en een ice tea. Voor die prijs jammer genoeg ook heel...
