Billy C — Restaurant in Revere

Unbelievable tbh! This place was pretty good years ago! After ten plus years of not being around the area, I returned to hope for some decent food, understanding it’s NYE, I placed an online order early in the day for a later pick up. I got there right at the time I chose and picked up my food. Also to add it’s a 5pm order so it’s not really a complete zoo yet. I get home 15 minutes after pick up and my food is so unedible! I mean the undercooked chicken and egg rolls, it’s actually cold to the touch! Legit cold, not warm, cold! I paid $100 and now what can I do? (Edit: I tried to go back for a refund but you can’t get near the door) These places are going to be swarmed. I have a family that’s not having a New Years Chinese dinner because people just don’t want to do their job any more. Can I also add, this isn’t the place it used to be! It’s like a bait and switch. When you are on the internet, you click on Billy Tse Revere, then you order and it’s a different business, Billy C’s! The Owner has a heart of Gold. The customer service is the BEST. Most importantly their food is exceptional! And if you are a Crab Rangoon lover, say No more-They are the BEST that I have ever had, and I have searched for the best many years But most importantly He cares for those who come to eat at His restaurant. It was my First time meeting him, but His impression on me is enought love to last a lifetime. He is so beautiful inside and out. And the Food is Amazing. If there was a higher rating I would give it. The staff he employes is so kind and loving. I just want to give a shout out to you BillyTse. Your food, your customer service and their unexpected love is so beautiful. Thank you. You ate are a jewel that has yet to be truly uncovered. I’ve eaten here several times and have always liked the place. However after eating the wings & beef fried rice my husband started puking shortly after. When I called them to notify them that there was a problem, they denied it was them and kept fighting me. I didn’t ask for a refund or anything. I was telling them that their food was bad and something was wrong with specially those 2 orders (I ordered other stuff which was fine, I didn’t get sick.) The response was terrible. Treat your customers better and take this seriously!!! I spent over $55 on takeout and have been a repeat customer, I would think that you would have the decency to take it seriously when your customer tells you they got food poisoning. Last time...
