Bioburger Oxygen — Restaurant in Arrondissement of Nanterre

I have been buying from bioburger ever since it opened (I think so). I really like their burgers, fries and gingembrade - no issues there. I remember the service being ‘consistently’ great before, but not anymore! The employees often look uninterested, they don’t ask if we need any sauce with fries (So most often I come home and then realize that the sauces are missing), why do you give burgers in folded paper covers and not in bags with handle or even ask if we need one (I have to specifically ask them to give me burgers + fries + drink in a bag with handle and not in several folded covers) and why are you saving on the tissues (one single tissue for two burger menus? Really?!)

These might seem like tiny things to write in a google review, but being a regular customer (atleast once a week), these things are...

They have a Ok quality meat and bread and fries is Ok(not bad), but the size of the burger is almost mini, It's almost the same size of cheesburger of Mcdonald!, the food is 2,5 or 3 but the service is 0, I ordered burger after 35minutes they prepared my burger which I have never seen in my life for preparation the burger 35 minutes!, then they prepared burger first and then french frise, so when It's arrived the burger was cold and without chees! the fries was hot! absolutely these guys not ready for preparation the fast food, for the restaurant 35 minuts is Ok but the normal burger never seen 35 minutes preparation! then he didn't say any sorry and told m I'm preparing the food!not so respectful! however you can find many other burger better than this...

I guess I’m spoiled from living in the U.S. This was horrible! I got the “original” burger and fries. Burger is quite thin - maybe similar to “In & Out” in terms of patty size. Tasted “gamey” and since I didn’t want to tinker too much w their way of doing the burger, I kept their house sauce on it (was thinking it’d be like Shake Shack sauce - wrong) and it was sweet and gross tasting. Fries were limp and no salt. Ketchup was even “off” (dark and odd tasting). HUGE miss! I’ve had so many in Paris! Food...
