FUKA Specialty Coffee & Smart Food — Restaurant in City of Sarajevo

I was walking around Sunday morning with my 2 young children and husband looking for somewhere to stop and have a brekky. Most of the places were closed but slowly opening up as we saw staff cleaning and setting tables up. So it was this place we walked past - tables outside were set and there was a movement inside and behind the counter - I walked in slowly to ask if it’s open at 9 and if they serve breakfast. As I walked in I saw group of people sitting around talking - looked like staff meeting before opening. I apologised and walked outside and waited hoping someone comes out and attends me - and someone followed me - just to slam the door at my face! Never take eggs Benedict there, they should be taken out of the menu!!! You pay 16KM for tasteless piece of white bread instead of English muffin, with fish put on the edges of the toast to make it look rich with zero fish in the middle and cold curry-yellow sauce on the top which is definitely not Sauce hollandaise as it should be.

Restaurant owner, please take out this horribly made dish out of the menu or change the chef!

I understand this place is done with quality interior design and a lot of money was put into it. Therefore we expected it to have good service however we were very wrong. Workers are basically dressed up fancy rude people. They are huffing and puffing if you come early. They think it's a good idea to mop under your table DURING WORKING HOURS and pushing your feet with the mop in a grumpy a way. Very uncomfortable feeling, not welcoming at all. Please change your working hours if you don't want people to come at 08:30.

Also, they don't approach you in the morning. Be prepared to wait...
