Cozy Japanese restaurant that serves an exquisite omakase dinner with traditional culinary offerings. The atmosphere was intimate with only ten seats available at the counter, allowing for a unique dining experience.
The restaurant uses binchotan, a high-quality charcoal that adds a distinctive flavor to the food. Additionally, the fish selection was amazing, very fat fishes (no salmon of course!); the bluefin toro nigiri was superb.
Each course was beautifully presented and prepared with precision. The only downside is the price, but it was worth it for the quality of the food and the overall experience.

We got there and they confirmed that they were overbooked so they offered to seat us at the bar. Obviously, that wasn’t ideal but we were hungry and wanted to try the tasting menu.
We tried to order the omakase with the bartender, who then got one of the waiters, who told us they could only serve us bar food there. We declined and went somewhere else.
