Restaurante Sallvattore — Restaurant in Região Imediata de São Paulo

Rooted in the heart of Itaim Bibi, a luxury neighborhood in the south zone of São Paulo, this restaurant offers a warm welcome even if you're dressing a suit or a simple jeans or were ridding a bike in a sunny sunday. Ths staff were very nice during the almost three hours we delight the place. The reservation method seemed to me a little bit old school using only email from the website, but meant at the same time, something more personalized. We ordered an entry with some breads, olive oil, butter and other dresses. The main plate was an extremely fresh caprese salad and a sirloin filet with mustard dress with a parmesan risoto. I can't finish this review without telling about the churros ordered for dessert and a coffe to close. Looking the place where it's situated and the kind of restaurant, etc... I found it fair in terms of price....

The food is very average. I ordered the rabada and part of the meet is still cold, was not reheated properly. The dessert is also very average not something you would expect from a decent Italian restaurant. The cocktails are amazing. The service is attentive and really above the quality...
