O Barbacoa Itaim é um dos endereços mais tradicionais e respeitados de São Paulo quando se fala em churrascaria premium. Localizado no coração do Itaim Bibi, o restaurante combina alta gastronomia, atendimento de excelência e ambiente elegante, sendo uma escolha certeira tanto para almoços corporativos quanto para ocasiões especiais em família ou a dois.

🥩 Carnes de altíssima qualidade

O grande destaque do Barbacoa é, sem dúvida, a qualidade das carnes. O rodízio é variado e impecavelmente executado, com cortes nobres como bife ancho, picanha, fraldinha, shoulder steak, carré de cordeiro, entre outros — sempre no ponto certo e servidos com discrição e frequência adequada.

The key is to pass the crowd, speak to the lady at the entrance to register your name, and get your ticket with a number on it. When your number is called, you can go in—but the tricky part is that most of the staff don't speak English, so you'll need to understand your number in Portuguese. I waited about 30 minutes, which was fine for me. Once inside, the quality and service were impeccable. They offered a wide variety of meats, all perfectly cooked. However, I was expecting more high-quality mustard options; they only had Maille Dijon, and after tasting it, I'm not entirely sure it was the original.

The all-you-can-eat "Rodizio Completo" was priced at 236 Real, which is reasonable compared to other meat restaurants, especially considering the variety, quantity, and quality of the meats. Overall, it was a great experience—just be mindful of how much meat you consume, as eating too much can lead to...

Barbacoa is an absolute gem in São Paulo! I was blown away by the incredible dining experience they offer. From the moment walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for an unforgettable meal.
