If you’re a steak lover visiting Cambodia, 306 Wagyu Steakhouse is an absolute must-visit! From the moment you step inside, the elegant and modern decor sets the stage for an exceptional dining experience. The ambiance is both sophisticated and inviting, making it perfect for both intimate dinners and special celebrations.

The highlight of the evening is undoubtedly the food. While the Wagyu steaks are the star of the menu – perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and bursting with flavor – the restaurant also offers an impressive array of dishes from Japanese and Middle Eastern cuisines. Whether you’re craving sushi, sashimi, or classic Japanese comfort food, or you’re in the mood for vibrant Middle Eastern dishes like kebabs and falafel, 306 Wagyu Steakhouse delivers exceptional quality across its diverse offerings. The chef’s skill in preparing and presenting each dish, regardless of the cuisine, is truly impressive.

Service here is also exceptional. The staff are attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about ensuring that every guest has a memorable meal. They are more than happy to offer recommendations and answer any questions about the menu, which adds to the overall experience.

In addition to the incredible steaks and diverse menu, the side dishes and desserts are also noteworthy. Each dish complements the main course beautifully, and the desserts are the perfect ending to a fantastic meal.

Overall, 306 Wagyu Steakhouse offers an extraordinary dining experience that is well worth every penny. If you’re in Cambodia, do yourself a favor and treat yourself to a meal here – you won’t be...

Went here on a Weds night in March for a business dinner (hence no photos of the food, only the diners & the boss!).

We shared a large plate of mezzes as a starter. That was filling in its own right. So, we asked the owner/chef (Avi) if you could share a Wagyu steak. He was happy to accommodate us & he proposed we share 375g steak.

Now I know Wagyu is famous for the marbling with fat from grain in the food & the famous massaging of the cows, but there was simply too much fat for me. I didn't complain as it was my ignorant choice and actually I was full.

Avi noticed I had left the fat and said I should have chosen one of his Aussie steaks as I didn't appreciate the fat. THEN he proposed we wait whilst he cooked us some Aussie steak, as a complimentary gift from him!

We both tried to decline his generosity, but he went ahead anyway. So when the next steak came, it was delicious and to my taste. But it simply too much food. So we asked to take it away and the wonderful waitress approved of us not wasting their great food.

Not is the food great but the owner & his staff are charming and caring people. In their external patio, they found 2 cats sneaked in for refuge. So, they actually care for them & feed them. See, their great hospitality is not only for paying customers! ;)

Phnom Penh still doesn't have the tourists & I am sure many people who could afford to come to this high end restaurant, don't know it is here. After all it opened 14 months ago in Covid times.

Its a pity as we should enjoy & support the restaurants we like.

Thanks for a great...

AVOID - Disappointing Experience – Poor Management, Not Worth the Price

I had high expectations for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell far short. While I don’t mind paying for quality, the prices here simply don’t reflect the venue or the service. The cheapest steak was $60, which is steep for Cambodia—but that wasn’t the issue.

The real problem was the lack of availability. My girlfriend ordered four different dishes, and each time, the waiter came back to say they weren’t available. These were the only things she liked, so she ended up going hungry. To make things worse, I ordered two drinks that never arrived.

When my food finally did come, the service was disorganized. I ordered lamb chops with chips, but the lamb arrived 10 minutes before the chips, meaning my meat was cold by the time I could eat.

The only saving grace was the waiting staff, who were friendly and clearly doing their best. This is entirely a management issue, and for the prices they charge, there’s no excuse for such poor service and lack of basic coordination.

Avoid this place—there are far better restaurants in the area that offer a much better experience for the same or...

Let me start by saying the product quality is good 👍🏼. Went searching for Wagu and went here based on walking distance for me and reviews. Confused at the start, as it operates under 3 different names, Dubia something, 306 and 360 Bakery, oh plus it's a sushi restaurant - lacking an identity. Staff were excellent, very calm and friendly, but I was watched for every bite I took. The steak was served (a wagu) with a Bowie knife. It was cooked to perfection and the peppercorn sauce was nice. No side. Beautiful images of sourdough on the wall, but no bread was offered. I was left wanting, expecting something more. At the end, it's the only establishment in Cambodia that would not take my digital visa. I left hungry and found another place to satisfy my appetite, and my Visa worked there. For the $100US paid, I am sorry but I must be honest that is very overpriced. For $90 I had a bottle of wine, beef carpaccio and a true 300g piece of succulent NY striploin at another place. Oh well, never know until you try, this time . . . . was my loss.

I have been an online customer of this place using Nham24 a lot…. But got the chance to be there physically for the first time…. The food is undoubtedly the best you can find…. Any dish, anything ….. you will fell in love with the food. It’s simply delicious. FULL STOP…. And the owner/ founder , Avi Cohen is just amazing with service….. (A true Michelin Star restaurant). PS - He not only keeps you occupied, but also gives you some dishes (or desert) which are off the menu.
