I wasn't going to leave this review but I saw management actually looks at reviews so thought this should be addressed. Went today with my family and we were treated terribly by the staff. We have been going to Tim Hortons locations every time we come to Canada and never had a bad experience until this location. Multiple coffee orders were wrong including an iced coffee which was asked for with caramel cream and they just put caramel sauce in it, no cream. My mom and I asked for French vanilla cappuccinos and we have never had an issue ordering these in the past and we usually LOVE them. In fact we just drank one the day before at another location. They said they could only give us regular cappuccinos. I am pregnant and needed a pick-me-up so I accepted the regular cappuccino, thinking it would be just as good. What was given to me was the most bitter and undrinkable beverage. Four people in my family tried it and all were disgusted. This was not the French vanilla cappuccino I know and love from tim Hortons but it also was not an enjoyable regular cappuccino. I wasn't going to say anything and was going to just throw it out but they got my sister's drink wrong too so we both let the staff know. The employee who told me her name was "Jaressa" (spelling?) told me that coffee here is "bitter" and refused to take responsibility or apologize. She was very rude and questioned which other Tim Hortons locations we've been to, since I was clearly in the wrong. I've been to multiple in the area from banff to Canmore to Calgary and she acted very rudely towards me. She added cream to my sisters coffee and made me a "weaker" cappuccino which just tasted like hot water. I threw it out and went on my way tired af and pregnant very upset with how we were treated. My mom, sister and I could not believe how rude she were to us when we have always been loyal TH customers. Recommend finding new employees at this location. The tables were all dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. This location is so sad and the only thing that my family members felt they got right was the timbits and...

Read moreMy visit to the Tim Hortons at 100 Gopher Street in Banff, Canada, in the afternoon was an average experience, earning a three-star review. Tucked just off the main road, this location is convenient for travelers but not right in Banff’s bustling downtown. The exterior blends with the town’s scenic charm, though the lack of clear signage from the main strip made it a bit hard to locate without a map or app. The service was decent but unremarkable. Since it wasn’t very busy in the afternoon, I expected a smoother experience, but the staff seemed a bit distracted, and my interaction at the counter felt rushed. The food was okay but not exceptional. The sandwich was affordable, especially in pricey Banff, but didn’t quite hit the mark in terms of quality. The restaurant was reasonably clean, though a couple of tables had leftover crumbs, which stood out given the low crowd. The parking lot was easy to navigate with fewer customers around, which was a plus. The atmosphere was quiet, typical of an off-peak Tim Hortons, with free Wi-Fi that worked fine for basic browsing. The seating area was comfortable enough, but the overall vibe felt a bit lackluster. This Tim Hortons is a convenient stop for a quick bite in Banff, but the lukewarm drink, so-so food quality, and indifferent service keep it from standing out. It’s fine for a low-key visit, but based on my experience and similar online feedback, it’s not a...
