I would honestly put negative stars if I could. We went there during the afternoon and walked into two female employees looking like they do not want to be there. We asked for 2 orders of the shrimp tacos and extreme chips. First she said they dont have enough shrimp and then she went and said they do. Second they just automatically starting toasting white tortillas when its either corn or white. When we said we wanted corn tortillas she made a face and told us that they franchise is discontinuing them. Which is a lie because we called another location while standing there and they said they have corn tortillas and have not been discontinued. So I dont know why they are lying. And then all of a sudden she went to the back and they have corn tortillas which are completely frozen which they tried to serve to us. We did not even get the tacos from here. We only got the extreme chips and she tried to tell us they come with only beef and queso which is also not the case as you are allowed to choose your protein and toppings. I dont know what happened to this location but you can definitely tell the ownership and management has changed and they are doing a horrible job and will not make money here acting like this. When this was all done we left with the chips and gave them to a homeless person and went to the location on mayfield and bramlea and were so happy with their service. Do not ever go here as you are wasting money time and your energy trying to deal with lying workers. And the funniest part is the owner replies to all reviews acting like they will make changes but nothing happens. Tonight I went and bought 2 Regular Burritos and a Quesadilla at 6:20 pm. First off all the place could be cleaner in terms of the prep table, messy is an understatement. The two girls behind the counter are too busy talking in there own language to really care from the looks of things. The one prepping rushed through the order as if it was an inconvenience for her to serve a customer who just paid $40 plus dollars for garbage quality food. This is not what I expected from barBurrito today. They don't seem have to have fresh product, given very little chicken for what you pay. Scrapping the bottom of the container to give a customer half a spoon of black beans, cant you go get more and give me what a paid for. The pinto beans were very undercooked, no one wants to chew on rocks. The Quesadilla if your going to charge 9.99 like other places make it worth if for the customer and give us a decent size meal, what you gave us was a mini compared to places like Burrito Boyz. I suggest you learn how to cook the food you are serving people properly or someone will get severely ill. These two need some retraining or need to get fired. The WORST BAR BURRITO BRANCH. Please teach ur staff customer service before teaching them how to make burritos. I am a huge burrito obsessed person and bar burrito is my favourite but this BRANCH is the WORST . I was here 30mins before I went in ther asked the lady if i could add extra sauces through uber pick up order and she herswlf told me to add a note and then when I asked for extra sauces that was just like 2-3 more in less quantities she yelled at me saying i will only add 2 if u want more PAY more and I am a bar burrito regular customer like literally i go to the etobicoke branch a lot of times and i am pretty sure my order is the SAME everywhere with 4-5 choices of sauces in less quantities and this lady SHE was so rudw she started aggressively pouring sauces into my burrito and made a mess as if i was asking for a free burrito. I just want to REQUEST the owner of this branch, to ACTUALLY teach that mid aged lady some customer etiquettes. I am literally never coming here. The WORST BAR...
