Last week, my friends and I had the pleasure of dining at Kelsey's, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we stepped foot into the restaurant, we were greeted with warm smiles and a cozy ambiance. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, but one server, in particular, stood out and made our evening truly special.
Our server, named Raman, went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic dining experience. She greeted us with enthusiasm and guided us through the menu with her extensive knowledge of the dishes and their ingredients. She was patient and attentive, addressing all our questions and making excellent recommendations based on our preferences.
Raman had an infectious positive energy that made us feel welcomed and relaxed throughout the evening. She checked on us regularly, without being intrusive, ensuring our drinks were filled, and the food was to our liking. Her attentiveness and genuine care for our satisfaction were evident, and it made us feel like valued guests.
Now, let's talk about the food. The menu at Kelsey's is diverse, offering a variety of dishes to suit all tastes. We ordered a mix of appetizers, mains, and desserts. Each dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The kitchen staff's expertise was matched by Raman's flawless service, as she coordinated the meal impeccably, ensuring we received each course at the perfect time.
Not only did Raman excel at providing excellent service, but she also joked around with us making us much more comfortable. Her passion for her job and the restaurant was evident, and it made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.
In conclusion, our visit to Kelsey's was a delightful experience that exceeded our expectations, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Raman. If you're looking for a restaurant with delicious food, a welcoming ambiance, and outstanding service, I highly recommend Kelsey's, and I can guarantee that Raman will make your dining experience truly memorable. We'll be spreading the word about this gem, and we can't wait to visit again soon. Thank you, Kelsey's, and...
Read morethe first time i came here in january of 2023 was great, i had no complaints. food was unreal, staff was great. second time around in may my husband ordered dinner for take out and ordered the same thing we got the first time and the food was horrible. i ordered the green thai curry on noodles and it was dry, cold, gross and the portion was extremely small and the broccoli wasn't cooked....my husband ordered the chicken burger and it was dry as well and missing toppings....we decided to give you guys another try yesterday september 15 and y'all were HORRIBLE. service was horrendous! we asked to sit on the patio when we first came in and we were told it was closed...it was 25 degrees and beautiful weather but whatever we sat inside and we're asked if we would like anything so we asked for water. the water never came but another waitress came and asked if we wanted to order entree's so we did and asked for water as well. first of all, you were out of pita when we ordered the spinach dip so we got chips instead...not a big deal, the entree came but still not waters. so the next time our waitress came around we ordered the two non alcoholic beverages and asked for water again. the other drinks came but no water. so when we ordered our mains we asked for water again and it finally came but when i got my order of thai green curry again, it was made with ramen noodles and not the noodles it was made with the first two times I ordered which is just really inconsistent. then while we were waiting to flag down our waitress for the bill which took forever we noticed the hostess lead three people out to the patio that we were told was closed when we first came....? why not tell us that you opened it so we could sit outside....? very disappointed because it's not like you were busy either....there were two other couples dining and maybe three people at the bar....we will not be...
Read moreGround beef nachos should have been called just nachos bc there was literally a sprinkle of ground beef. My friend has Hyperthermia and the SECOND we sat down it was HOT. We asked our server Daniella about the a/c and she didn’t give us a real answer: something about it being fixed or not fixed, it works sometimes and not other times 🤷🏻♀️. No clue what she meant. It was hard to eat when it was that hot and my friend was flushed & nauseous. We noticed a massive fan that was spinning slowly and asked if she could at least get the fan going. Again we got an answer we didn’t understand, something about she doesn’t think it works, and/or it’s at the fastest setting. I asked if she could find out and she rolled her eyes, went into the kitchen and came out 2 seconds later saying “no sorry” and walked away. She didn’t try to hide the fact that she pretty much didn’t care and acted like we were inconveniencing her. She was not genuine in any way, quite fake I have to say. Because of my friends medical condition, we had to leave bc she was overheating and was going to pass out so we asked for the bill. Literally 5 mins after that, my friend said “does it feel like it’s suddenly getting cool in here?”. Yep, it did. Seems they decided to turn on the a/c, so why not do it when we asked an hour and a half ago? That’s just cruel, they’re so lucky my friend didn’t have a medical episode. Haven’t been to Kelsey’s in a long time, won’t be going back anytime soon. 5 thumbs down 👎🏽...
