VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE BROUGHT OUT BURNT FOOD

I immediately let Nithi (server) know once she brought the food that it was burnt and she said she would come back and never returned. I had to go look for her and she was in the back room at that time. I eat there at least once or twice a week and had told her I never get my saganaki this burnt and she said how she got busy and that's why she never returned. She also forgot to bring out the pita with the saganaki and when I had mentioned that, she said how she was not done bringing out my food. I sat there for 30 minutes after I got my food so how could she not be finished! I would have been fine if she had admitted that she forgot to bring it out but trying to find an excuse was simply childish. Her attitude was simply appalling and I had told her how she just lost a loyal customer and she simply responded with "I don't care." WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I also see other reviews with poor customer service so this issue needs to get resolved if they care to stay...

I ordered lunch online for the first time today. The website clearly said 60 min for delivery, so it was clear to me. I ordered a traditional gyro sandwich with Mr. Greek fries and a cheesecake for dessert. I received a call.... they were out of cheesecake. This reassured me that: a) they probably are sure to have it for busy days like weekends; and b) when they have it, it's probably really fresh. No biggie, I substituted the pastry with custard inside. The person who called me was pleasant and friendly. My order came within 30 min so I was pleasantly surprised! The delivery driver was as polite and friendly as the lady who called me. The food was hot and the fries were still crisp on the edges. I'd never had those fries before and they were really good with just enough topping. The gyro was hot and fresh and full of meat. It was a big meal. I had a small piece of the dessert with tea after. It was nice and not too sweet. I'll definitely order from here again. Anyway, I still have to try...

We truly enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. The family combo was nicely prepared, great looks and classic taste. I love olives, so I asked for a bit extra in the salad, and the guys happily fulfilled that request. The 8 skewers were perfect, tasty and tender, and we got lucky with great cuts of meat. Because the family combo is quite a lot of food, we planned to eat some in the restaurant and take some home, but it was so tasty we ended up eating pretty much everything right there. The restaurant was clean, with authentic Greek music background and classic Santorini views on the walls, creating a very pleasant ambiance. As a cherry on top, the restaurant manager Jaswinder stopped by to personally greet us and make sure everything was OK with the food and service. Thanks for the great experience!
