ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS POPEYES, specially avoid MARY, who took my order and served me with such disrespect. I had ordered a mini chicken sandwich and requested for A mild sandwich (which is always made with regular mayo) but I also asked for just a little bit of spicy mayo to be added in the mini sandwich. The sandwich was drenched in just spicy mayo with no regular mayo. MARY must’ve been having a bad day and decided to take out her frustration on us when I had asked her to put regular mayo on the sandwich, She decides to grab the sandwich from my hand and throw it in the garbage. I watched her remake the sandwich again to make sure it’s made correctly and safely only to discover her drenching the sandwich in only spicy mayo and doesn’t put any regular mayo on the sandwich. I told MARY that the sandwich was made incorrectly for the second time. She then scoffs and rolls her eyes and tosses the sandwich on the table and says “that’s it I’m gonna just give you a refund.” Instead of making the sandwich correctly she opens the till and hands me some coins (even though I paid with card.) she also asks me to return all the other food items I purchased (which I did) all because she didn’t wanna make the mini sandwich the way I had asked her to make it. Though MARY claimed to be the manager at this location, she seemed to be incompetent and had little to no customer service skills. MARY is in need of retraining and a serious attitude adjustment. If you’re looking to pay for some horrible customer service and to be disrespected, make your way down to 2925 queen street...

if you are going to charge me to swap out something for chicken breast the least you can do is provided me what I paid for. Let alone getting the sides wrong...
I know portions sizes were not always plentiful at popeyes but if I paid $5 for medium fries and I get as many as I can count on my fingers - there is an issue.
Staff are following Covid19 protocol and have provided customers with plenty of space to practice social distancing while they order in queue. Lastly, It was my mistake for giving this location another try after the first incident. I do not recommend this location at all!
Old review: Great location if you are looking for some fried food with a little spice. Consistent service at this location. Prices compared to portion is fairly good, customer service is great. Parking is the...

As the company's history states, it sold "traditional mild fried chicken [but] business was slow, and the chicken team realized they'd have to sell a spicier alternative to their standard chicken recipe if they wanted to impress flavor-seeking New Orleanians."[citation needed] Copeland reopened the restaurant four days later as Popeyes Mighty Good Chicken.[9] By 1975, the company had been renamed as Popeyes Famous Fried Chicken.[9] Copeland started franchising his restaurant in 1976, beginning in Louisiana. The chain expanded to Canada in 1984, and opened its 500th restaurant in 1985.B.P. Newman of Laredo, Texas, acquired several franchises in Texas and surrounding states.
