Mr.Sub — Restaurant in Brampton

Would give 6 stars for the service I received at this store, on Thursday, September 15, 2022. I went to this Mr. Sub and asked for a meat less meat ball 12" sub. After the Sandwich artist had the meatballs in the microwave for 1 minute and the entire sub grilled for 45 seconds, after taking a couple of bites of the sub, the meatballs were still cold. So, the attendant Breanne, made another meatless, meat ball sub at n/c and I was so impressed with her decisiveness and customer service, I gave her a tip of $1, and gave her partner $1 tip, for their amazing customer service. A few minutes later, I asked for another drink, strawberry kiwi to be more precise, and instead of charging me for that second drink, Breanne said it was on the house. The way she conducted herself, was extremely professional and her decisiveness really impressed me. In this day and age of excuses from service industry professionals, since this fake pandemic began over two and half years ago, it was very refreshing to say the least, to see a young woman like her, exemplify such great customer service! Wish more people would be like her and as a result of her service, I will be back again at that Mr. Sub, and hopefully, I will meet up with her again when I buy another sub from this store. Keep up the great work Breanne! You are a needle in haystack in this day and age of non chalant customer service! UPDATE Mr Sub does not care about customer service ESPICALY THIS LOCATION Dont give this franchise your hard earned money, they have refused to provide me with what i have paid for and keep prolonging it.

DISGUSTING And dont fall for the fake replys they dont follow up on, they only do it for face value to fake out others.

Disappointed, orderd 2 subs and as i payed no meat got put on second sub, drove home and found out. . called 6 times befor answer, the woman offerd for me to comeback and fix my sandwitch but its so out of the way for me and haveinging limited time off work it really discouraged me and dampend what i was looking forward to. .

She made my girls sub look 100% amazing but when they had to reflill the spicy sub sause i guess she just forgot to add the meat as i paid. . but now im tossing the sub and going out for other food 🤦 so yeah disappointed to...

Hey Everyone! You can never go wrong with Mr. Sub at the Queen location in BRAMPTON!! Perfect choice when you forgot your lunch at home or your brown bagged lunch is boring...lol I went by today because I didn't bring lunch. Mr. Sub is always on point with their selection of bread & toppings and they are ALWAYS consistent. Way tastier than the competition :) As for the customer Service.....Bar None. I had a pleasant experience with all the ladies in the restaurant. Everyone was happy and warm in greeting and serving me. The other nice thing was that I was welcomed without discrimination at this restaurant even though I was not wearing a mask. It's rare to meet people these days that respect other people's issues (medical or not). Kudos to the staff at this location and thank you for making my experience awesome!
