Wild Wing — Restaurant in Brampton

I've never complained about a restaurant's food or service before, however my families experience at this location was so bad. I feel a need to inform others, so they can avoid my mistake.

Service:

The staff are "checked out". It's not that they don't care, they just cant be bothered to care.

Food:

My 7yr old daughter enjoyed her wings, but what 7yr old wouldn't?

My wife was less then impressed with her meal. She had boneless wings & a poutine. The poutine did not have cheese curds on it, instead she had grated cheddar cheese. I could have gotten better Boneless wings from the Walmart across the street.

On to my meal, I ordered the mushroom swiss burger with a side of onion rings. After placing my order, about 5mins later, the waitress came to tell me, they were out of mushrooms. I told her, "it was fine & just make it without". The onion rings were clearly McCain's & they has soaked up so much oil, I could not mange to eat more then one. The burger, the patty seemed like it came from the same Walmart across the street. The swiss cheese was still cold & the "caramelized onions" that were on the burger, were more like boiled butter. I had a huge blob of mayo that could have been used on 4 more burgers. I couldn't even finish half of the burger. I didn't even care to complain about it. I just wanted my bill & to get out of there. Then I got my bill, it was $65. At that point I got up & walked out, leaving my wife to pay. For another $40 I could have gone to The Keg.

This was my first visit to a Wild Wings & it will certainly be my last. Avoid this place at all costs! Your better off going across the parking lot to Kelsey's or going to Walmart & picking up, what they served me. It will taste way better & cost you less $ too.

I love the food but the service is absolutely terrible. DO NOT RECOMMEND !! Go to a different wild wings !

We were not greeted. We walked in and sat down, she dropped off menus and walked away. I asked for the drink menu, she got it and dropped it off and then left. Still yet to say a word. I called her over and asked if we could all get a water. No response. I thought maybe she had a sore throat. I called her over to take our order and she spoke! Perfectly! We all ordered very clearly and she wrote it down but out of the 5 of us, 2 orders were wrong. Not sure what she was writing. We saw the bold "1/2 prize apps" promo and all ordered apps however only one of us ordered a beverage. When we asked for the bills she asked together or separate, we said separate, when the bill came nobody's apps were half price except for the one person who ordered a beverage, she explained that apps are only 1/2 off with the purchase of a beverage (we missed the fine print but it would have been nice if she confirmed this with us earlier as she clearly heard us talking about ordering apps BECAUSE they were half off). She never once came to offer refills of water and we had to ask for cutlery and plates. She never once came to check on us. Absolutely Terrible Service! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go to another...

If i could give this place negative 10 stars i would, unfortunately we seem to give this place multiple chances to redeems itself, but they seem to fail every single time. We used uber eats to order 2 pounds of wings with a side of gar fries. No dipping sauce, no condiments, wings were cold, fries were undercooked, basically frozen. We then proceeded to call the restaurant there was zero concern and just wanted to get me off the phone. I told her my issues with the food and she told me to deal with uber eats. Personally, the owner of this restaurant should consider learning basic business skills and maybe learn not to hire incompetent employees. Especially during the Covid outbreak, you think of supporting your small local businesses, unfortunately this particular location is too busy handling their side business. Corporate needs to look...
