Went there as it showed they were open until midnight. I had picked up family from the airport, and were heading home.
We arrived at this location just before 11:30pm, and sat in the drive thru for a couple minutes with no one answering. Drove to the window and waited a couple more minutes with no one attending.
We then parked and walked to the door to see that they are closed at 11pm for internal seating, but the drive through should be open until midnight. Another car also was then waiting in the drive through, and after 30-60 seconds of waiting, drove through and left.
As we were walking back to the car, 2 ladies walking by (who had watched us park and go to the door) literally said to us: Yeah, they just ignore people at this time of night, you just have to rev your engine or something to get their attention and they'll come take your order.
We got back in our car and went to the drive thru window. We revved our engine and honked, still no one attended.
I then got out of my car at the window, and knocked on the window repeatedly. Finally two employees approached the window together, giggling to each other. (Both young, male and female)
The male (while still laughing) said that they can't take any orders, as their system is down. I asked him why no one is answering the drive thru, and he said its because they cant take any orders.
I asked him again why no one would be answering the drive thru to tell people that, as the mics arent part of the ordering system. He said they turned their mics off as they were cleaning. (Again both employees...

I’ve never had a good experience here (have been coming here for 5+ years) terrible non English speaking employees, terrible food quality, abysmal dining area. Never opens or closes as per the scheduled hours of operation. Management doesn’t even take the initiative to update the google maps hours of operation. Came here once at 10pm on a Tuesday at the drivethru and the employee (who I assume had to be a supervisor) told me that they were out of fries and fryer oil. Didn’t affect my order one bit but he refused service to me. On several occasions they were out of food or employees. Absolutely disgusting overall. And you can see the other comments agree with me.
Edit: arrived at restaurant at 7:30am on a Sunday. Was told I’d have to wait 15-20 minutes for food because the machines are not warmed up yet. I told the girl that I watched her arrive 15 minutes prior to store opening (because we actually arrived at 7:10 and found out they changed their hours and didn’t update maps so we were forced to wait 20 mins.) and she denied it, saying she arrived right at 7:30 with her coworker and that I should just leave because I’ll have to wait 15 minutes. I expressed my displeasure and then said I really was craving their French toast sticks so I’ll wait. But this girl INSISTED I LEAVE!!! Read moreAfter ordering from my local Burger King and using Skip the Dishes, we received a message informing us Burger King required more time then usual to prepare our order.. An additional 25 minutes.. So ok.. We get our cold meal and my daughter goes to her room with hers my son and I had ours. Right away I noticed my sandwich tasted odd..i asked my son his thoughts his was fine so I had another bite and another but I couldn't finish it. I can only explain it by saying it tasted like a "hotdog". It was "spicy crispy chicken " . I couldn't eat it I wrapped it up and ate my poutine. My daughter then came in and asked if I ate my sandwich.. I told her no she said " good , cuz I think they're moldy .. I can't see any mold but it taste like it's moldy.. I immediately attempted to call the store but the number they list on all their sites is an unissued phone number!
