Came through here last night around 1:30am and received the worst customer service I have ever experienced at Mcdonalds. We went through drive thru and let them know we had a 2-can-dine coupon and would like to get it with 2 Big Macs along with 2 Mcdoubles. Since they didn't ask us what drink we wanted, I let them know I would like it with iced tea. When we rolled up to pay they just gave us the machine to pay and didn't even bother to let us know the amount. So I asked how much everything came to and she let me know it came to around $19. The math checks out for 2-can-dine coupon and 2 mcdoubles so I paid. When we got our food we got 2 big macs, 2 mcdoubles and an iced tea. We let them know we asked for the 2-can-dine when we ordered and they said "you should have told us earlier. it's too late we cannot reverse it". We asked why they couldn't reverse the transaction and charge us for what we asked for. They said because we have already been charged and we already paid there is nothing they can do. They also informed us that if we wanted to speak to the manager we would have to wait 30-35 minutes because they were on break and would not be able to come out. What is the point of having a manager if they are not present to resolve issues like this? They continued to blame us for not informing them ahead of time that we wanted 2-can-dine. We are upset about this situation because they continued to blame us for getting the order wrong. But we let them know at the very beginning exactly what we wanted. They did not confirm our order with us and just stuck out the machine for us to pay. We don't care that there was an error in the order. It happens all the time. What we're upset about is these employees not taking responsibility and not even trying to resolve the problem. Instead they chose to blame us and hope to move on.
We also did not receive a receipt for this order so we don't actually know what they charged us for. All we know is that we were order #313 on May 12th, 2021 around 1:30am.

I left the house to just grab a quick meal for my elderly mother, toddler, and room mate, because tonight I really didn’t feel like making a 3 course meal for multiple people. I was a little bit annoyed because the lineup was already super long, and even when I rolled up to the speaker, I had to wait until almost everyone left the drive thru to be helped. I know, first world problems. But when I was met with his friendly face, my whole experience turned around, for the better. If anyone knows customer service, it is this man right here. EXCUSE ME, EVERYONE GIVE A ROUND OF APPLAUSE FOR KAVYA (again, please dear god let me have spelt that right). And also please give a round of applause for the very sweet woman who works the drive thru during weekday mornings, and to the sweet young woman who works the cash (I think she has glasses??) you guys are legit what every modern day worker should look up to. Can we give medals out? Cause they deserve them. Like for real, I own a business now at my ripe old age of 31 lol, and trying to find good workers is extremely difficult. I made a pickup order to the drive thru and when I got to the window they told me to park since my food wasn’t ready. They didn’t direct me to park anywhere specific so I even pointed and ask them if that spot was ok to park so they would know where I would be. It waited 20 min and still no one came so I went to the front counter to ask the update. After telling them my order code it seems like they didn’t even know it existed and I had to tell them exactly what I ordered again just to find out it was there ready, just not packed up. Before that, they were about to give me someone else’s order by mistake and I had to check to see if it was actually mine.
After witnessing them finally pack my order and hand it to me, I check the time and it was already 30 minutes of waiting. And just as I think it couldn’t get worse, once I open the bag and check my sandwich, I find out they gave me the wrong sandwich!
DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION PAST 11:30PM. The team working at this time really seem to struggle to work efficiently and effectively together. This really impacts the service. This was not the first time they have messed up my order but I learned my lesson to never come back.
