I’ve been a regular customer at this location for a while, mostly placing orders through the app. However, the female staff who works in the mornings is consistently rude and unfriendly. When I ordered in-store, she spoke to me with a visibly annoyed expression and an unpleasant tone. When I asked for a coffee, she snapped, “We don’t have coffee,” even though I know Subway serves coffee and it’s clearly listed on the menu. On top of that, she puts noticeably less filling in the sandwiches compared to other locations. I was also charged the regular price of $7.99 for the Teriyaki Chicken sandwich, which was supposed to be on promotion for $5.99. What an appalling disappointment. I went in today at 3 pm. The girl with the creepy contacts "served" me. I ordered a Steak & Cheese on ciabatta bread. First off she decided that I wanted cheddar cheese, then as she's asking if I want onion and green pepper she loads it on before I answer. At which point I stopped her and say "yeah I'd like it toasted before I get my veggies please" this is where the attitudes starts. After it came out of the toaster she threw the onions and peppers I never asked for back on put a big blob of some sauce I don't even know! And closed up the sandwich. Again I stopped her, yeah I'd like to have some cucumbers tomatoes and spinach please. I even had to ask for more twice. Not once did she look me in the eye and not once did she ask me what I'd like to have. Don't expect my business ever again! And I hope others...
