What an absolutely terrible experience. I'm actually finding it difficult to describe this without using expliteves. Let's start at the top, spicy Asiago chicken burger - bun was burnt and dry as a cracker. The chicken patty was overcooked, dry, and crisped way past a nice crunch - to the point of difficulty chewing without hurting my mouth. The bacon poutine came with about 5 cheese curds and 1.5 (ish) slices of bacon. It was also not even close to hot, I would barely classify it as warm. My girlfriend ordered the taco salad and the staff forgot the chili all together, we had to go back through the drive through again to get it. And to top off this pathetic excuse for a meal, we ordered two of the new Frosty-Ccinos (according to my understanding) which are supposed to be iced coffee with frosty served blended together, which I paid EXTRA for, we were served two iced coffees. The only thing that was even mediocre was the spicy chicken wrap off the value menu.
It's quite clear that no of the staff care about presentation,quality or consistency of the food or the quality of the experience for the diner problems like this stem from the management, and if I was the management for this location I would be firing all the staff on shift tonight and start looking for a new night team.
I will ABSOLUTELY be contacting customer service and voicing my concern as something that is supposed to follow a brand is it quality and no lt one piece of my experience showcased that in any way shape or form. Read moreGot double charged for my meal I ordered through drive thru, because apparently the transaction didn't "go through" but my bank statement says otherwise. When I went inside, I had to wait at least 3-4 mins for someone to assist me, EVEN IF THEY ARE FULLY AWARE I WAS THERE LOL. I guess they prioritize their drive thru more? Anyways I finally was able to talk to a manager who just did not seem to care (she really looked uninterested i swear). May have been a long day, but still. Then the "manager" let me talk to her supervisor Gurpreet, who was actually a lot more pleasant to speak with, and informed me that it'll take 3-5 business days to reflect back on my account.
Came back 2 weeks later, because SURPRISE SURPRISE, it did not go back to my card. I was yet again met with the same manager, and she said she'll hand it over to her general manager the next day. They got my name and phone number, and SURPRISE SURPRISE, I did not get a call back. It's honestly not that big of amount. But I'm more disappointed with the way they handled it. It really shows they DO NOT CARE. I get it, it's not a life or death situation and it's the least of their worries, but it would have been nice to be met with genuine concern and a refund of the double charge tbh lol. It sucks cuz I love Wendys but I'll 1000000% not be going back to this location, to which they're probably happy about lol.

I don't usually write reviews, I have had a few minor issues with this Wendy's in past (rude service, lemonade that tasted like chemicals or tasted like it was fermenting) but it's the only Wendy's near work that is open after 8pm.
Today though it was not minor issues, going through the drive through took over 25 min, as if that wasn't already bad, I ordered and when I got to the front window they confirmed my order and had it incorrect. I te states that I had ordered a baconator, large fries and large original lemonade light ice and I give them my coupon for a $6 baconator, the price I paid was correct for that order. They give me my lemonade and bag of food and I leave since it's already significantly later than I wanted to go home.
When I finally got to actually eat my food I find out they did not, in fact, give me what I had ordered. I did get fries, but instead of a baconator I was given two junior bacon cheeseburgers with no sauce. (Which is not only significantly less food, but also a lot cheaper than what I ordered)
This whole experience not only made a very long day significantly worse but also made me officially decide to never return to this location. Which sucks because I really like Wendy's food and the next closest location closes at the same time I...
